B is too chaotic, I think a certain amount of visual chaos brings home the point, but too much is just overwhelming

The mess part of the title looks cool with the tilted letters to the clean font of the other bottom part

Option A does a much better job accentuating the "mess," and it would capture my attention much more quickly than would Option B.

I chose A because it seems more adequate than choice B.

A is better because the hanging letter to me, represents a mess more than the other version. The one in black seems like it is really depressing.

A is clever, creative, unique and memorable.

I prefer Option A. The fact that the letter "E" in "MESS" is not lined up makes a nice connection between the random cloud of letters above and the nicely ordered section below.

I don't like the black around Mess and think it doesn't convey a mess. I think the styling of Mess in Option A fits much better with the rest of the title page.

A has a bit more flavor to it, a bit more attention grabbing. I like the way the word mess, is in fact, messy.

I love this and it is easy to read. The black mess makes it hard to see. The orange and the black flow well nicely. I would be interested to read other peoples reviews of this book and what they think of it. The number of ratings would be nice to see as well.

I like option A the best. I like how the letters in Mess are in disarray. I don't like the black and white of the word mess in option B. It makes it look very sinister or something from a crime scene where they had to use that black powder to do finger prints. I like A, because it catches my attention with the red letters and they are sort of jumbled up. It doesn't look frightening or make my anxiety go up like option B does. I like things interesting, but not scary. Option A would be the one that I would look at.

I thought the background to the word mess in B looks messier than the word mess with the E moved out of place in A. So B is more appropriate to the topic.

I like option B the best because I like the black streaky splotch that is behind the word mess. It highlights the word "Mess" and has a more aesthetic look compared to the simple lettering of option B.

I liked choice B because the cover looks much more appealing and professional. Choice A is more distracting with the letter out of place and doesn't look as appealing. Choice B looks like it goes from dirty to clean which matches the theme of the book.

I strongly prefer choice B because choice B has a more neat and appealing design to me. I like the overall more upscale look to it.

B is my preferred choice because of the uniqueness of the cover design and the display content, the cover looks good and attractive and will call more attentions to it, it a beautiful color design on the cover and it is pleasant to the eyes

I like the cleaner title more than the mess one

Option A seems more generic. The orange on orange theme doesn't quite pop out at you as much as the black background behind the word "MESS". Bringing attention to the word Mess may catch someone's eye if they are walking by.

I think that the splash of black on the cover looks nice

The dark logo behind mess pops better and adds a nice contrast to the logo. It also makes mess seem darker and more of a problem. The other one just seems to have a lot of blank space.

They are pretty close, but I like the one where it highlights part of the title. Makes it more able to catch my attention. A little bit bland, but it does add something to the presentation. So B is my choice.
