What name do you prefer for a new cardiology practice?
Option B won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 28 votes after 1 round of vote counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 |
---|---|
B | 56% 28 votes |
A | 22% 11 votes |
C | 12% 6 votes |
D | 6% 3 votes |
E | 4% 2 votes |

A sounds loving and caring!
I prefer the name Compassionate Cardiology because this would make people feel good
I find compassionate cardiology to convey a message and feel meaningful. Heart Wellness Group sounds professional, moreso than the alternative options. Pulse Heart & Vascular sounds cool but confusing. Core Cardiology is boring but has a ring. Connecticut Cardiology sounds uncreative, plain, and local.
I chose A first because this name caught my eye and is easy say and remember.
First name that I prefer a new cardiology practice is option A because it shows compassion and concern for your wellness developments.Second is option B because Heart Wellness Group is geared around the heart as a wholeThird is option E because it Pulse Heart & Vascular this could not be a top specialist for any one particular caseFourth is option C because Connecticut Cardiology would be good for individual statesFifth is option D because Core Cardiology seems to be for advanced cases that need treatments in emergencies.
I like this one. It sounds like you would be nice to the patients and caring. I would like that in a doctor. Sometimes you feel like the doctor is not listening or does not care. Just the name comes off like you care and that is what caught my attention. I hate when they brush you off or don't listen to your concerns. Thank you.
A and B are both very positive sounding ... focused on patient care. D is descriptive, but not compelling. C is just "we didn't know what to call it." and E reminds me of Pulse nightclub, not a positive association.
I like the one that mentions compassion. You are afraid when you go to the dr. and things like that help.
I chose A first because it seems like a place I would be most likely to go to because I like medical staff to be compassionate. I chose B next because I like the name "wellness" because it's more positive. I chose C next because the name sound more like it would be part of a community. I liked D and E equally. D sounds a bit too cold because "core" sounds more clinical. E seems too cutesy.
I like A. It sounds like the people there really care. I would want that feeling when looking for help.
I chose by names that are descriptive and somewhat original so they will be memorable.

I prefer Option B because there is no mistaking what it is and it projects a positive image.
Option B looks appealing and suggests both preventative and direct care.
Heart Wellness sounds positive and upbeat and I like it. I also like compassionate cardiology almost as much.
I liked the names that had a technical correlation to the heart, pulse or treating the heart, yet were still somewhat generic in nature. Using the work "compassionate" makes me think of a veterinary clinic for animals. Using the state of Connecticut in the name just did not resonate with me.
I prefer B. It doesn't have the word cardiology and has a positive frame of reference, which I feel is key given the subject matter.
The option B its nice because sounds friendly and trustful, the option A sounds trustful too, and really helpful, the option D sounds directly, and straight about what they doing there , and the option C and E honestly i think that that names are just to bore and little creative, they are directly about what the doing there, but that's just ugly names
Selection B is just brief and to the point and easy to understand.
I feel that this one has a better feel to it and make you feel more comfortable if you had to use this group
I like the sound of my top choice. It feels inviting and helpful. I feel like I can trust it.
I chose B as my first choice because I like the name and feel that it is professional and focused on heart wellness.I chose E as my second choice because I like the name, think it is professional, and centered on heart and heart related issues.I chose C as my third choice because I like the name, think it focuses on the heart and issues around the heart.I chose D as my fourth choice because I like the name and feel it is centered on the heart.I chose A as my fifth choice because the name makes me feel that the business is focused on caring.
I really love the name of option B. Option B is the best name by far.
I like "Heart Wellness Group" the best, because I would want to visit a cardiologist with the goal of wellness. I also like compassionate cardiology, because visiting a cardiologist can be intimidating, especially when you have a history or family history of heart disease. Connecticut cardiology would be easy to remember and a good basic name. I don't care for pulse (sorry, but it reminds me of the pulse nightclub shootings), and I don't care for core, because it seems more like a gym/exercise office. Hope this is helpful!
I like the notion of Wellness, less intimidating. Also like more traditional names when talking about doctors; anything that feels like branding or marketing makes me nervous.
Wellness is a powerful word in terms of health but Connecticut Cardiology will be better for SEO
Having the word Wellness in it is ideal
B and E are the clearest, IMO. I love heart wellness
For a heart specialist I would really want to go to someone that sounds knowledgeable and experienced. I would not necessarily be looking for a name like compassionate, I would want a name that stands out as professional and focused like Heart Wellness Group.
B is best at getting to the point, followed by D. C at least describes where it's a. A is cheesy and I haven't a clue what E is even about.
all five options are real good. very hard to rank them. "B" and "D" are my favorites, either is great and the other 3 are not far behind.
I want the group to be skilled and keep my heart healthy and working well, so B works best for me. Beyond that , I don't want a cutesy name, so Connecticut Cardiology (C) is very straightforward. E: Pulse heart and vascular - pulse sounds a little weird. Heart and Vascular would sound better. Core Cardiology sounds like it's for jpcks, which I am not (D). A (Compassionate Cardiology) sounds like they will hold my hand while I die of heart disease. It sounds very passive.
I like the word heart in the name. It is more familiar than cardiology.
I prefer Option B. The easiest to understand and has a nice ring to it, plus it is reassuring to know that it is a "Group" rather than one lonely individual.
I chose B because I like this name best. I think it best sums up what you do.
B and C are fairly simple and to the point. It's easy to understand. E seems somewhat convoluted.
Option B is best. "Heart Wellness Group" kind of says it all and what you would want from a Cardiology group.
I really like the names for B, D and E. They sound the best and easiest to remember
I prefer the name of B, Heart wellness. This tells you that the whole thing is about heart health. The second option was Connecticut Cardiology because this tells me where the practice it. 3 was ok with the compassionate in the name. This tells me that it is an office that will listen. D is all about core, not sure on that. E is last because it is not as clear and as good as the rest.
I prefer Option B as my first choice. It's appealing, direct and straightforward. It's simplicity is appealing and lends a sense of trust. Option D is also quite nice with a easy manner and a likeable name. Option is very run of the mill sounding, but it's clear and easy. The remaining options are perfectly fine but are not as eye catching and seem very ordinary.

Option C is the only one that is acceptable to me. The name sounds serious and grounded like a medical practice should be and it is easy to remember. The others sound trendy or frivolous
Choice C seems to be the best of all to me.
If it's in Connecticut, which I presume it is, that is the bets of the lot.. Option A implies, and I hope means, the doctors will listen to their patients, which I have personally discovered it not as often as one might hope.. Option B sounds like every other group/clinic .. Option E is clumsy with a poo cadence and Option D just sounds wet, or like some Dude Bro form a frat who likes to goto the gym..
C sounds like a local group of cardiologist. E is a strong and clear description. B is a bit less description, but still good. A and D are not as professional for a doctor's group.
I wasn't crazy about any of them really, but Connecticut Cardiology was succinct and to the point. Core Cardiology sounds like a sports medicine practice, while Heart Wellness Group makes me think of natural practitioners. Nothing against them, but if I'm looking for a cardiologist, I wouldn't be sure that they were cardiologists! Compassionate Cardiology, really? I would hope they are compassionate, but putting it in the name makes me wonder. Pulse Heart and Vascular is just too cute and trendy, in my opinion.
I pick C first because I live in CT. Second Core Cardiology because in sound good and C is first in alphabet. Heart Wellness does not sound like run by Mds. Compassionate Cardiology sound like end of life care and Pulse Heart and Vascular is just dumb.

I chose option D. I like the name "Core Cardiology." I think this implies they get to the root of the problem.
I want to see cardiology or cardiologist in the name, I don’t want to guess if it’s a cardiologist or a alternative care site
D because it makes me think cardiology is their only focus. B because it seems to emphasize cure and prevention. E, because it clearly states their specialty. C because it seems to limit their scope, and A because I don't need a doctor who is comapssionate, only competent.
2 Responses to Option E
I chose option E since it basically sums up what the sector is about. The other options just have the name of the medical field but option E tells what is involved in it.
These names seem the strongest in terms of how they represent the practice
