Which brand name speaks to you for a wellness company with eco-friendly products - accupressure mats, yoga mats, bolster pillow, meditation pillow and natural supplements? Do you like the name Vidya for this brand?
4 Responses to Option A
This is a simple and intriguing name. People who hear it will want to know what it means which will drive more demand for the product.
I think that it sounds more prestigious.
I like short names. Easy to remember. "Wellness" is an overused, kinda meaningless word.
It is a good sounding name, best left simple

Vidyna Wellness is better because it actually says something about what the company is
Using the name Wellness after Vidya helps those unfamiliar with the brand know what the brand is all about.
I choose B because it has the word wellness in it, otherwise I would have no idea what Vidya was about!
I like it with Wellness next to it. Otherwise, it doesn't give a hint of what kind of products or service this might be.
I like. It sounds conversant. I would click to purchase.
It sounds like it derives from Hindi so it has that eastern medicine feeling to it. So yes, i do like the name since the items (acupucture, yoga, supplements) seem more in line with that type of holistic medicine than western medicine.
I chose B because it contained the word "wellness" in the name. I think this is helpful because it allows people that are not familiar with the brand to have a sense of what the brand represents. The name Vidya on it's own does not help potential consumers to gain interest in the brand.
Having the word "wellness" tells me exactly what this company's products are all about.
I like option B because I am not sure what just the name Vidya means. Adding wellness makes the product much more clear to me.
Vidya doesn't tell me anything and kind of sounds like a medicine. Adding the term "Wellness" let's me know what the company is about and makes me more likely to look into it.
I chose B because it includes "wellness" in the name. I don't really know what Vidya means or what it has to do with a wellness company. I think more of a video company when I see Vidya.
Vidya Wellness is better because it's easier to associate it with health and well-being. If I hear Vidya alone, it doesn't tell me much about what the brand does.
It is memorable and lets you also know what the company is with the "wellness" aspect in the name.
I think it sounds better with wellness and shows its intentions
Vidya is not specific enough to make me associate the name with what the products do, at least not right now as I have never heard of them. Could be a name for a prescription medication or video streaming service if I had to guess just by looking at it. The adding of wellness is a nice broad term that lets me know that although I have no idea specifically what they sell, that it has something to do with my well being and therefore a good thing overall.
It tells me what it is for. Just Vidya doesn't
Vidya is not descriptive - adding the wellness makes it seem more healthy related.
The addition of wellness gives more of a clue as to the purpose of the brand.
Vidya Wellness at least makes it clear what the product category is otherwise I'd have no idea. Do you realize that "vidya" is used jokingly as how rednecks would say video? Because that's all this makes me think of and other people are going to get that association too.
Vidya by itself doesn't tell me what the company is about.
I think with the name wellness it is ok for vidya. Without wellness I wouldn't know what it is about. I would like a different name but as long as wellness is in there it is ok.
This is better because it kind of explains more what the company is about when you put the word wellness in it. It's an original name that i don't think i'd ever hear. I like it.
The only thing that stands out is wellness Vidya is a good name with wellness combo
I like that it includes wellness
I chose B because Vidya Wellness includes a description of what the company does. It offers a variety of wellness-oriented products. I did not choose A because 'Vidya' tells me nothing because it's unfamiliar and is not an established, familiar brand.
First no I do not like the name "Vidya" it's hard to pronounce, you want to say Vid-Ya but think it's supposed to say "Vida". As far as the which one speaks to me I say B because anytime I see "Wellness" it means healthy lifestyle, healthier etc. and it looks better with the name otherwise 'Vidya" by itself looks medication.
Without the word wellness, Vidya does not evoke any thoughts or images of wellness-related products for me.
The phrase "Wellness" makes me think the product will be more effective because it implies more than just the name vidya
Vidya sounds like a good name for this product. It sounds like a classy name and makes me think of energy.
The name Vidya means nothing to me so at least with Wellness attached to it.helps describe what products they would sell.
I chose Option A because I liked the word wellness incorporated with the word Vidya. Alone, Vidya is kind of confusing and has no context. With the word wellness included, you now have an inclination or idea that this product deals with wellness.
Adding Wellness lets me know it's about health. Vidya sounds more like a video company to me
I think the name Vidya by itself really doesn't convey anything about the product. Vidya Wellness gives a customer more of an idea of what the product is about.
I prefer to have "wellness" listed in the name. I do not like the name "Vidya"
I think this name is quite popular and very close to the user besides that the name also carries the product and health advertising.
Vidya is too vague. Wellness gives a better description.
Choice B - Vidya Wellness - The use of the word wellness would bring to mind products promoting wellness. Vidya might be a hard name to remember. Choice A - Vidya - this might be a hard name to remember if it is sitting on a shelf with other products.
You can't go wrong with popping wellness into the name. Simply naming it Vidya doesn't describe it nor does it give you an idea that it's about wellness
This one at least has wellness in it. Vidya is difficult to pronounce and sounds like a country guy saying "video". I highly suggest not using this at all.
The only reason that I chose Option B was because of the word Wellness. The word Vidya is meaningless for a brand name by itself. It might be enough if it was a well known name. However, I have never heard it before.
I like the Vista wellness name. Vidya by itself sounds weird after reading all of the good stuff it offers. The wellness word brings many good things to mind and sounds more professional and authentic and something I am willing to try.
I chose 'B' because the name Vidya Wellness tells me that this product is going to be about health and wellness.
B because it includes "wellness" in its name and that's what it is all about. If it is just "Vidya" I won't know what they are talking about and that won't get my attention.
I like the name alone with the word wellness. It has a nice crisp sound to it and is appealing.
I think that Option B fully explains their product and mission to the customers.
I prefer Vidya Wellness because wellness lets me know exactly what the brand is for and makes them stand out and memorable.
