Which mission statement is more appealing for a store aimed for pet lovers?

49 Responses to Option A
I like having details on how much of my money is being used to support a charitable cause.
I chose this option because I care about my dog very much
Its simple to understand and everyone want to help pet rescues.
Pet rescue is a cause nearer and dearer to my heart than tree planting. I do not see a connection between pet lovers and trees.
Clear and concise. You know exactly what is going on quickly.
Planting tree's is nice, but this is a website designed for pet lovers. It should relate back to animals.
More relevant to the product/brand
This one benefits the pets the other is for trees.
I chose option A because money will be donated to pet rescues which I think will appeal to pet lovers.
I chose A because I know exactly how much of the profit goes to helping the rescues, money wise.
Five percent to rescues sounds much more valuable than planting one tree
Option A appeals directly to the graphic. I don't associate trees and dogs. Also, the type of dog pictured looks like many rescue dogs I've seen, and indeed looks a lot like a dog I own that I adopted from a rescue. I admit personal bias for this reason.
As a pet lover, I would choose to shop at stores that donated to pet charities.
Proceeds going to support other pets in need would be more appealing to people who are pet lovers.
I chose A because it is a pet store and some of the profits will go to animals..
I think it makes more sense for a pet food company to support pet rescues instead of a forest foundation. I don't see any real connection or link between pet food and forest foundations.
Option A is directed to pet rescues, whereas, B is directed to environmental issues
I like this better because it gives us a physical number up front that goes to support pet rescues.
I think directly helping pets would appeal much more to pet lovers; thus pet rescues is better.
I prefer A cause the text gets right to the point, in as few words as possible. In image B, it feels clunky with that many words.
Option A donates to pet rescue, something pet owners are more likely to care about.
I think helping pets would appeal to pet owners more than planting a tree.
The discount gets people excited about their product
I prefer to support pet rescues. also, i appreciate that i know how much of the money goes to the charity. planting of one tree is a little bit too vague of a notion.
People can related better to numbers, especially when it comes to money, they know how much they donate
it's actually pet related
I like how direct and to the point choice A is, it isn't too wordy and I know exactly what percentage they are donating back.
I like A for two reasons. One, it is a pet related charity, which makes sense given the nature of the business' title. Second, it tells more specifically how much is given from each purchase.
This donation helps a charity that benefits pets.
Short and sweet means I am much more likely to read it and get the message.
This was an easy choice. I am an animal lover too so even though I do care about trees, I'd rather see donations go to pet rescues. I believe most pet lovers would say the same since many of us are really passionate about stopping the suffering of animals.
pet owners would like this better
I think it is important to support pets
I like the idea of helping rescue pets
I chose option A because I would prefer my donation to go towards helping pet rescues. Also, the picture does not represent the cause in option B.
I like the transparency here and it says how much is going to the pet rescues!
The money being donated for pet rescues would be more appealing to pet lovers, rather than the other to plant trees.
The fact that 5% goes to support pet rescues is more appealing for pet lovers than planting trees.
BECAUSE THERE IS SO MANY PETS IN NEED
I chose option A because it will appeal more to pet lovers. They would be supporting pet rescues. Adopt dont shop.
It makes more sense for a pet store to donate money to a pet rescue than a national forest foundation.
i like this picture
I chose option A, because it says that a percentage goes to pet rescues. The company name is Pawopolis and I would rather support a pet company that is going to donate to an animal organization rather than plant a tree. Both ADs are nice and both look very stunning, eye-catching and professional
I prefer A here because it is very specific as far as percentages. I like to know what the bottom line looks like.
The mission statement is more easy to understand and remember than Option B. Option A has captivated me.
Although I love the idea of helping the environment and planting a tree, If I'm purchasing something related to pets, I would rather money go to help pet rescues.
Care more about dogs than I do trees.
A is simple and get's straight to the point. B while is very encouraging and reassuring of the animals I feel in my opinion it drags on for a bit and is a mouthful.
I like that the funds go to support pet rescues.
