I think I would want this one more.
A is an attractive option for people with already broken phones who usually have no option. Coming from years doing customer services with a cell phone provider, this option would really come in handy for a lot of people
Seems like a better deal
A sounds way better it it cheaper and offers you option to get screen fixed for only 20 dollars and 3/month for year

Based on the description, I think Option A sounds better. I like that it explains how you get your phone fixed if you crack your screen and how much you would have to pay.

The benefits seem to outweigh the option B
The other seems to over sell it which screams scam.
A is super-affordable and I'm more likely to have a broken screen than anything else. When you consider the deductible, B doesn't seem nearly as attractive an offer.
This option has a lower monthly payment. Plus I have had a broken screen, but have never had my phone get stolen so I need broken screen protection.

This option is practically a necessity. A broken screen is such a big problem so I would definitely purchase this and use it right away. I like the fact that it will apply to currently broken screens
Option A has more features. You get to fix your screen for only 20 bucks and the broken screen coverage is also half as much per month. The theft coverage seems excessive because their are plenty of apps to track a lost phone and the odds of it getting stolen are low.

Because I would want full coverage on the phone.
This is more simple and clear.
Cause I would be fully covered just in case and the money isn't too expensive.
I have an large storage capacity iphone, so i would choose option B for the theft reasons. I have broken the screen once and it was repaired out of pocket no insurance for $100. Of course, a few months later, it's broken again because I'm clumsy. But I'd rather pay $75 than $100 every time
I chose option B because it offers the extra security in case your phone is stolen as opposed to Option A.

This plan is very simple and I like how it is arranged to be a blanket amount and doesn't change on conditions or certain restrictions apply.
I've never broken a screen in 17 years, but I have had phones stolen from me. :)
LEAN MORE TOWARDS B
I'm not very concerned about breaking my screen, so I wasn't interested in A. B included coverage for a broken screen too, but it also included theft insurance. I see that B costs more, but at least it includes coverage of something I would be worried about (theft).

I prefer full coverage, not just broken screen coverage. The $6 per month for full coverage is better to me than $3 for broken screen coverage. Also, Option B is much easier to understand. It is very clear. Option A took me a few minutes to fully comprehend. I had to read it several times. If this survey were not important to me I would not have taken the time to understand it.
I would choose B because I would be covered for phone breaking and phone theft. Even though it is more money I would have all angles covered

I'd rather have full-coverage instead of only broken screen coverage. It's good to be covered just encase something happens.
IT REALLY DEPENDS ON THE VALUE OF THE PHONE BUT OVERALL OPTION B SEEMS MORE REASONABLE ALTHOUGH NORMALLY I WOULD NOT BUY THIS TYPE OF INSURANCE.
"A" has too many components for me to think about. i want a basic, easy to understand plan and that is clearly "B." if it turns out i need more, then i'll deal with it later.

I am personally more drawn to choice B due to the coverage that it has for theft. A lot of phone companies seem to not really give that type of insurance out, so once your phone is stolen, you will be stuck having to buy a new one. Also, though option A is nice, it would have more of an appeal to me if I already had a broken phone screen at the moment. Therefore, even though choice A is the cheaper option, choice B will give me more "bang for my buck," if you will.

I am both forgetful and clumsy, the likelihood of me breaking my phone, misplacing it, or having it stolen because I did something dumb is somewhat likely. Although I haven't recently needed to replace a phone because I did something stupid or dropped my phone in a parking lot 10 times in a row, I prefer having the safety net of having that covered for when/if it does happen.
