No, I am at the point of my life that I do not need this type of training. I am 53 years old. I've been through training such as reading Stephen Covey. I have been through military leadership training as I was 10 years active duty and 12 years reserves. So I do not need to go through this training.

A weekday during work hours would be best for me that way it doesn't mess with my personal schedule at all. I think 1 hour is sufficient, but maybe if it were 1.5 hours, you could answer questions the last half hour. What keeps me awake as a leader is stress over many different areas: am I correctly communicating my vision? Are my peers/subordinates feeling supported? What more can I do for them?
