Something that matches their hobbies, interests, or passions, personalized with some kind of message that makes it clear the gift is from me, to them, and was purchased with care and intention.
It would be a necklace for my girlfriend. Probably in the shape of a heart with our initials and the date we started dating engraved into it.
A plaque or poster that is a text with how much I love and appreciate them along with the relationship with. I think this would make a good just because gift or for special occasions such as birthdays. It would make a good impression on the receiver of the gift.
Probably a nice set of customizable interchangeable earrings for my wife. Different colors, different styles. I think that'd be really neat.
I would buy a sterling silver liquor flask with their initials engraved on it.
I would buy some kind of shirt or customized piece of clothing like a hat with different logos and icons on it
A cup or a shirt would be a good custom gift.
I would buy someone a personal piece of clothing that they could wear. I would want something that really fits their lifestyle and personality.
A t-shirt that has a picture of something they love on it.
I would buy something that had a heartfelt message on it and it would be something that they could keep with them such as a locket, necklace, bracelet, etc.
A phone case that could be fully specified and customized (things like magnets, rings, color, name can be printed on, etc)
Something engraved like a bracelet with a charm on it.
If I were to buy a customizable gift for someone it would be a really cool customizable mug. It would be one where you could change if the mug would keep you drink hot or cold. You can make you own design on the mug and you could make it show up when the mug reached a certain temperature based on what was in it.
I would like a teddy bear that can be customized such as a unique outfit or clothes with various positions for changing. Having different colors and possible combinations for the stuffed animal would be ideal for making a new presentation from time to time.
I suppose a mug that had their name on it and something that they liked to do.
Typically, when it comes to gifts, I prefer to shoot broadly. Buy things that are universally enjoyed, in other words. Gift cards, in recent years, have become very good for that kind of thing. Prior to and sometimes in addition to that, I did stuff like candy. Almost everyone likes that and it always sets a good impression, and if they don't like it, odds are someone close to them does so you can still win out. So if I was going to get something customized, it'd probably take that form. Such as a customized variety pack of chocolates, customized in this case meaning that I could select the breakdown based on what I know they like, or a single larger piece that could have something written on it. Such as the recipient's name and the event/holiday I'm giving it to them for.
Not a vague question at all. Ya know, I think the most handy customizable gift I could give, is a mug. We all drink stuff. A mug is a gift that most people actually use. On the manufacturing end, they're relatively easy to customize. So yeah, mug is my final answer.
I would want something personalized to them, so if they were from a particular state it would be based on something that is famous from that state (peach from georgia for example)
I would purchase a quality water bottle with their name or a picture.

I would buy them a piece of art or a portrait
I WOULD BUY SOMETHING FOR MY DAUGHTER THAT IS A SPECIAL NEEDS TEACHER. MAYBE A BAG TO CARRY ALL OF HER THINGS IN WITH HER NAME ON IT AND A SPECIAL DESIGN
I really like the idea of buying someone a resuable water bottle. More specifically, I would get them something like a Thermos because it would be versatile and be able to contain cold things like water and warm things like coffee. I would put their name on it and add a funny graphic about something they like, such as a funny phrase or an image of a baby hippo because my mom likes that, if I was giving it to her. This gift is sustainable, personable, and versatile, so I think it's a great idea. I would know that they would get use out of it.
It would depend on the type of products or services that the person liked. If they liked books, then it would be a customiszable bookmark. If they were a couple with a new home, it might be monogrammed towels.
I would buy something clothing or jewelry related
I would buy a customizable picture frame-that way they could adjust or pick specifications to their preference. It's practical but always a nice gift especially if it's a good material which is hard to find nowadays (gold or silver) with heavy inlay.
Hm, that's a tough question. It definitely depends on who I'm buying it for. I think highly customizable mugs are a great gift to give. Everybody needs a mug!

A spice rack that contain actual spices, and i could choose between different spices, the rack color/style/material, the spice container bottle/style/material
I would want to get a custom stuffed animal to look like my dog
That is an incredibly broad question but for relatively inexpensive customizable gifts I would probably go with a yeti style tumbler. They are popular for good reason, they are very useful to have and people lose them. Put a saying or a name on it and you got a great customizable gift.
I would buy an engraved picture frame. I would want it engraved with either their name, special occasion or date of the special occasion

I think a phone case since they will use it all the time and can add features they may want like a slot for cards or stands or what not. have the ability to customize it and make it perfect would be a great and practical gift
I would like to customize little hearts and icons on the gift to show how much I care for them.
I would buy a gift certificate for someone to buy a book. This is customizable because the recipient can buy whatever book.
I like things that are useful so I'd figure something like a customized wallet or carrying case of some sort for their everyday items would be best. Something like a backpack, maybe an ita bag? That way I could put things in it at the start and they can add onto it over time.
I would buy them a Bible with their name engraved on it. This is the truth and the way to live your life and I hope that it would guide them throughout their life.
I would buy an art commission like a drawing of them, or possibly a mug with their photo on it. I might get a t-shirt with their favorite personal saying on it too. I would also consider something more personal like a customizable candle or shampoo.
I would buy a customizable journal. I would want to buy a journal where I can customize the cover of the journal as well as the ability to customize every page of the journal so I can leave unique messages, quotes, or images on each different page to make each page feel unique. The reason why is because if I give a gift of a journal then every time someone who receives the gift writes in the journal they will remember that I gave them the gift of the journal and treasure the gift because it's so unique and different because it would be a customized journal. I think that a gift like this would be very memorable and unique and so the recipient would treasure such a gift because it's so unique and different.

I don't know what answer I can come up with such a vague question, but it would be something that I know the person likes and would use, be it electronics or perfume.
I would get something useful for them- like a customized mug, wine glass, towels, etc. Something they would be able to use in their day to day life. The more customization options the better- font, color, word size, art/uploaded pictures, placement of art and words, etc.
This is a very open question. So many occasions to cover. What comes to mind first is a photo product, like a blanket with a photo or name embroidered on it. A canvas picture would be another one. Other thing would be personalized jewelry, with name and or pictures.
I would prefer something like a photo within a frame that I could make exclusively for that person.
If I was buying a customizable gift for someone, then I would want it to be something they would use frequently. Glasses, clothes, and electronics (ex: Laptop) are some examples. I think that in general of those options I would want control of the material, shape, color, specifications, and other aspects when possible. I think I would also want there to be a good return policy as it would be easy to think you know what someone wants but then not be able to return it given the customization. Generally, anything modular would be great in this regard because it would allow the recipient to add-on or change out parts of the product later.
This product is more relevant and more reliable
I would buy something that has their (or someone important)'s name on them. For example, I just bought a mom a frame with her baby's name on it. It has to be something very unique to them that they can use or display around the house.

A notebook is a very good idea because even when it is all filled up the person still has it, and also it is part of the person's life during many important moments, on which they can record ideas, plans and things that will be even passed down through generations.

I would buy candy with a message to them and their name on the candy.
The first thing that comes to my mind would be a tool that aids in creativity. I know a lot of artists and other creative types and there's a whole world of tools and gadgets that are malleable by design and allow people to create things with them. The first thing that comes to my head in that category would be a paint program, since you can often customize those with your own preset brushes and the like. Something like Clip Studio.
I'd like something like a pot for a plant OR a cover for a pot for a plant that could be a reusable or durable product, like "Best Mom ever" or "Firecracker" plant... (for 4th of July). .. or something that could be displayed ON a plant pot, like a plant you keep in front of your home as landscaping or decoration and you could "Jazz" it up with a theme or decoration that is seasonal, even something for poinsettias at christmas?
I would pick a customizable necklace as it would be something they could wear everyday and would make them feel special.
A book by an author that is lesser known. They do not seek fame so they only do this in their spare time. Their books are more meaningful because only a few people may ever read them.
I would love to buy them a gift basket with their favorite alcohol because I think booze is the best gift for anyone!
I think name plates for a pet. Maybe on a sign that goes in the yard. For a dog a dog bone with their name engraved in it.
I think the best gifts that are customizable are T shirts. i like to have tshirts with my wife's name and myown on them.
I would get a customizable puzzle of a photograph of the two of us.
I always think of yeti cups, not the silver but a color I know they'd like with their initials or something that I know they like - place, teams, etc. Something people like but don't like to spend the money on, and something that if they already have one of, they'd still enjoy another one.
I would buy her a picture for the wall. it would fold down and open up and turn into a place to lay things on. it would kinda like an ironing board. Such as, when you need to dry and article of clothing flat. It would be a perfect gift for a knitter who lives in a small home.
Jewelry because it is engraved and cannot be easily removed/damaged, shows commitment.
It would probably be clothing - like a sweatshirt. Also home decor, with the last name on it.
I would love to be able to customize a ring or a necklace for my girlfriend. She loves animals so I would like to be able to customize this with her favorite types of animals all together on the same piece or jewelry. It would also be awesome to have the option of being able to add certain types of natural stones or gems.
I would probably but someone a customized backscratcher because backscratchers are funny
customized design T. Shirt
Something that can be engraved, carved into, printed on, etc. It could be some sort of sign, kitchen apron, decoration, glass, but something that is personalizable and would directly associate and be meaningful to one specific person.
I would likely get them personalized suitcase or toiletry bag, so many people are traveling and when you fly it would be easier to see your luggage if it was personalized.
if i were buying a customizable gift for someone i think that maybe it would be a mug, with the special paint that shows its true colors when you put hot liquids in it, that kind of mugs are really special and a great customizable gift because it allows you to put any image or message in it a make every drink a special one.
