I prefer all the support I can get to make it more comfortable and support my posture.
I do not need a support bar but having or not having one is not a deal breaker for me. either way is fine.
It's not a deal breaker for me. I don't really like having the support.
It hardly matters to me, as long as it folds up really small and isn't too heavy.
I prefer a camping chair that has a support bar underneath my thighs because that provides more stability especially when seated on rough terrain. It is not a deal breaker for me. However, if I have a choice between buying a camping chair with or without a support bar I would always buy the chair with the support bar.
I prefer camping chairs without a bar under the thighs for more comfort during long sits.
Although the presence of a bar is not a deal breaker for purchasing a camping chair. I do prefer a support bar underneath because I think it makes for a sturdier chair with posture in mind when sitting on the chair.
I've never owned a camping chair with a support bar beneath my thighs, it doesn't seem necessary in my view so it wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me. I'd probably prefer no support bar since I'm assuming it would just add more weight/volume to the chair during transport.
Its not a deal breaker for me but i do find them more comfortable and i do prefer them, though if a chair had more in another area and not that i might consider it over it
I think a bar makes the chair seem stable, but I don't really have a preference.
I have short legs so sometimes the support bar can dig into my thighs so I prefer no bar.
If it isn't too heavy of bulky, I think it is a great idea. Too heavy would could make it hard to carry if camping deep in the woods.
Yes. If the price is less than $5 more expensive than the ones without suppport bar.
Don't like how that gets uncomfortable under long use. It might not be a deal breaker, but if there is another option it could be.
I prefer a chair that does not have a support bar because it is lighter. The presence of a bar is not a deal braker.
It doesn't matter to me if there's a support bar or not as long as the chair is comfortable. I think some chairs have the bar in a way that you barely notice it while others have it placed in such a way that it's really uncomfortable. It all depends. Definitely not a deal breaker.
I like to know the chair has adequate support, but if it presses too much into my thigh then it bothers me.
A support bar isn’t a dealbreaker for me, but it is really nice because it’s hard to relax in a regular camp chair in my mind

A bar underneath sounds more safe if the chair collapses.
i like it without, they can be to diggy in the thighs, they just never feel right. It is most likely a deal breaker
I prefer ones without because the ones with a support bar tend to be not that comfortable, but it depends on the rest of the design. It wouldn't be an automatic dealbreaker.
I prefer without the bar, it is not a deal breaker for me but i just don't think its necessary and it digs into my legs
I prefer camping chair without a support bar. Because it can press against my legs, especially if I am sitting for a long time. This pressure might cause discomfort, making my legs feel tired or numb. Over time, it can become quite bothersome, especially if the seat doesn't have enough padding to cushion the bar. Therefore, the presence of a bar is a deal breaker for me.
I like to have one without and it wouldn't be a deal breaker if I had one, but I like one without better.
I prefer one without one, as it makes the chair lighter and easier to transport and pack. As such, it can be a deal breaker if it's there.
The presence of a bar is a safety reassurance - certainly not a deal breaker. I don't want a chair to collapse and find myself or someone else injured in some remote wilderness scenario.
I don't want a thigh support because it puts pressure on my muscles
I have both and honestly they don't make any difference to me. I think the one with the bar is a little sturdier, but that would be the only difference. The presence or absence of a bar is not a deal breaker.
