Which book title is most appealing?
Option B won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 32 votes after 2 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 | Round 2 |
---|---|---|
B | 46% 23 votes | 64% 32 votes +9 |
C | 30% 15 votes | 36% 18 votes +3 |
A | 24% 12 votes | Eliminated 12 votes reassigned |

Hypno-body just sounds so scammy. I think that close your eyes is a much better format.
I went with the ones that I felt like make the most sense.
I like the lose weight line in the title
I like the book tittle and the formatting of A.
I like the looks of the big "LOSE WEIGHT" because let's face it that's what everyone wants to do
Choice A's book cover just caught my attention the most.
The former makes the process seem effortless and the title language is more layman's termed.
I think the titles are intriguing and intersting.
I LIKE A THE BEST AND NOT A FAN OF C
My first choice was option A because it catches the readers attention immediately with the golden words of lose weight. It also gives a short detailed description of what is included in the book. My second option is option B because of the catch phrase get the body you want. And lastly I chose option C because this title didn't really catch my attention.
Everyone wants to lose weight. When you have that in the title, it will sell.
Seemed more interesting with and direct where the goal is to lose weight.

I didnt like the phrase "hypnobody"
Get the Body you Want is more positive than Lose Weight.
reads better and stands out more
"Get the Body You Want" is the most persuasive of the bunch.
B - most appealing because it told me exactly what to expect from the bookA - grabs my attention!C just a bit bland and not appealing as a book title
the first one at least puts you in power of yourself, so you are the one in charge. the second one does as well, but it also is a bit confusing. i don't even know what the last one means.
I choose B. The title doesn't sound like a weight loss book, just reading the larger part of the print.
I like close oyour eyes
I think get the body you want is the best way to approach it and its more sensitive
I like B because of the "Rewire your brain to lose weight." I had to rewire mine to learn how to walk again so this resonates with me.
I think that B is most enticing and A is second most enticing.
I like the "get the body you want" subtitle best; it sounds the most precise/specific. I prefer both of the titles that give more information about what this book is about.
I prefer Option B over Option A and C, as the cover and fonts grab your attention and you know exactly what the book will be about. Option B is also not so in your face with the fact it's a book about weight loss, such as with Option A, which has it right on the cover and might not necessarily draw a customer's eye for longer if that's all they see. Option C doesn't look good to have a hypen in the main title of the book. It almost looks like an oversight, as opposed to a design feature. Option A grabbed my attention more than any of the other covers. This cover isn't straight to the point like Option A, but I prefer it to the font selection, size, and making you go "oh, this looks good."
I prefer this option because it is more inclusive in terms of body image and transcends simply weight loss.
I love the title close your eyes and get the body you want In option B. It makes me want to read the book and find out how too. I also love option B but it sounds a bit generic. Option C seems kinda of hard and complicated and the word HYPNO-BODY just is weird.
Option B conveys better than the other options that hypnosis will change your brain and mentality to get a better body and lose weight. Option A is also a great choice but is a little to wordy in the subtitle. Option C seems like a gimmick and too good to be true title.
Hypo-Body sounds like a bunch of crystals and oils New Age B.S. and I'd immediately laugh at and dismiss that one.
B would make me stop and check out the book. A might make me stop and check out the book. C I wouldn't bother with because "hypno-body" doesn't make sense.
I think that B has the best message. Weight is such a sensitive issue and I don't like the big and bold "Lose weight" messages on the other two. The focus should be getting people into bodies that are healthy and make them happy. Overall I don't like these book covers at all though. They are very plain.
I chose Option B, because the focus is on "Get the body you want," which could be more inclusive of a variety of body goals such as toning, building muscle definition, or losing weight. The other two choices come very close to making grandiose claims - losing weight is never as quick, easy, or instant as closing your eyes - and I would avoid making such misleading claims as this in advertising; I would think that qualifies as false advertising and result in a lot of unhappy customers. I would add qualifiers like "may help" to avoid misleading and grandiose claims.
These are the most appealing to the tongue
option b's book title is more appealing to me, it has a great title and very well and descriptive subtitle. The subtitle is actually what got me the most and would intrigue me to read this book.
B jumps out at me the most. It grabs my attention and makes me want to read the subtitle.

I prefer C because it's very appealing.
I like the book covers best in that order
This one seems the most intriguing
I love the Hypno. I am very interested in that.
C i like more the title is more hypnotizing, B i like it but i prefer the C option, A i don't like it
These all seem like trash nonsense to me, so maybe i'm not the best judge. I chose Hypnobody because it sounds hilarious, then the "get the body you want" just sounded better than "lose weight" to me.
I like the description of A the best - however -for a title - C stands out the most - I prefer this title because it states what the book is about - I also prefer the idea of bettering your body over just losing weight - there is a difference
a and b are pretty cheesy, so i think c with it's hypnobody catches ones attention better
Option B's title and description don't seem as realistic and obtainable as the others.
Hynobody is a captivating title.
Hypnobody is by far the best because it makes it clear this is very different from the million other books on weight loss.
C sounds captivating, B is ok but I would pass it up, A sounds like a scam.
C has the most intriguing title. B and A are equally decent, but have a slight feeling of 'too good to be true' based on the simplicity promised by the title.
I like the wording in this one the most out of all
Option C, "Hypno-Body" is clever, memorable, and intriguing. I like a shorter, catchy title that's easy to remember, yet makes sense with the topic. I could see "Hypno-Body" becoming it's own identity or brand, like a wildly popular trend people can't stop talking about. The marketing potential for "Hypno-Body" is limitless. Option A was also effective in a more soothing way. "Close Your Eyes, Lose Weight" will raise a curious brow, prompting people to read more. It doesn't have the same impact as Option C, but it is a solid title. Lastly, Option B, "Close Your Eyes, Get the Body You Want", feels a little clunky and a bit much for the cover. I tend to believe you only have a limited amount of time to hook a potential reader, thus you need something with great impact and intrigue. To me, that award goes to Option C.
