there is so much about "Mastering Healthy Eating Habits. Feel better, look better, achieve your ideal weight, and transform your health" that makes it sound and feel better, i believe most people know how to eat healthy but mastering it has become a huge problem, this is why the title feels unique

D and F are my favorite as they start off with the word "master" in some form. It sounds powerful and action oriented. H and A are good as they have a time frame attached. After that, C and E, and G are pretty equivalent with focus on healthy eating habits. But I don't like the "101" college course style designation of B at all.

I would rank E nd G the same since I like how they included sticking to it as part of the title since that's the hardest part when it comes to healthy eating and I'm glad they acknowledge it. I would rank C and b the same since it feels though they would offer guided steps on how to eat healthy and maintain it over time. I would rank F and D the same since this one seems more goal focused and would work well for people that need to feel they they conquered something to be successful. I would rant H and A last since I don't like having time limits when it comes to weight lost and healthy eating since if I don't get the results like the book said I should during that time frame it would make me feel like a failure.

Most weight loss products try to sell you with fast results. For example as you used transform your body in 21 days or 3 wks to healthy eating habits for some people weight loss comes easy. But there are far more people that struggle with weight loss daily, I myself am one of them. I desperately want and need to lose weight but I just can't seem to do it. I'm not well versed in nutrition, don't like to cook and often give up quickly. So for a consumer like myself the titles that really stood out to me where option g, b, d and c because the titles captured my attention with phrases like how to start eating healthy, healthy eating habits 101, mastering healthy eating habits, and how to create healthy eating habits. This right there is what most people need to help them succeed on their weight loss journey. So for me personally if I was lookong to purchase a book I would definitely buy one if not all four books with the titles mentioned above.

The first four that I picked: G, B, C, and E stand out to me as not being pushy about being diet culture and more about making healthy habits and sticking to them. Which is what I would want out of this more than anything else.

H & A are the best options because they put a timetable on the transformation, and they sound very unique as opposed to all the rest which sound very generic.

I like H the best because it talks about transformation first off. All the rest are good, too, except the "Mastery" ones. We're never going to eat perfectly or master the process.

I chose option H first because I like the fact that there's a time frame for the content of the product, the time frame in itself is a motivator and with that, I'll be looking forward to achieving the set goal within 21 days. I'll stick with option H.

My first choice is option H because of all the words to start with, "transform" is the best one and also I like having the timeframe (21-days) in the title. For me this title is perfect because it has everything I want to know about the book in a reasonable way and very clear.My second choice is option B because I like the 101 part, it tells me it is the beginning and it tells me it is for someone that knows nothing, just like me.My third choice is option E because of the "stick to them" which is one of the most difficult thing to do with habit. My fourth choice is option G because of the "stick to it". I don't like the whole wording together, like it is too simplistic but the how and stick to it part I really like it.My fifth choice is option A because it does have the timeframe, but I don't like it at the beginning of the title, and that's why I ranked it low.My sixth choice is option C because it is simple, go to the point but is missing some key word that can grab my attention about the book.My last two choices are options F and D because I don't like the "master", "mastering" wording here. To master anything in life takes time and nobody is going to master healthy eating habits in 21 days. I can start, learn and achieve great progress, but I will not master it, that will require years of working on it every day.
