Which name do you prefer for a business that represents injured persons, crime victims, and sexual abuse victims?
Option A won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 85 votes after 1 round of vote counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 |

A | 85% 85 votes |
B | 8% 8 votes |
C | 7% 7 votes |

Option A is explicit and self contained, it lets me know that it is a legal group and that Boyd legal group is what separates it, or makes it unique, compared to others.
A is the only one I like because it actually sounds like a law office. Every other one would give me pause.
The top choice includes self-explanatory words as part of its title.
I like choice A the best. I think the name is the most professional.
I prefer the A is crystal clear that this is a law firm.
The word "legal" makes me feel like this business is going be strategic and strong to use the law to get justice for its clients. This feels more protective and strong.
A is very clear that the business is a law firm, and leaves no question to someone looking for their services
A because from that statement you get all the information that ones needs to know about the whole idea behind it as compared to choices B and C
I selected option A because it implies that the business will be comprehensive. The name implies a team of legal professionals will help and serve clients.
It lets me know right up front that this is a law firm and it sounds like it might be affordable for the average person so it is a good name.
I think it is important to note what kind of business it is by stating that it is a legal firm.
A good business name should be meaningful and relevant to the core business. The word "Boyd" appears to be a name, but without other information, it is really challenging for customers to know the core business of the company. Thus, A is the best among the three since the name highlights the core business in the name. For the remaining two options, they are not very meaningful in my opinion. I put C in front of B in my ranking list because the word "firm" is redundant and useless.
I prefer option A because it is more obvious to me what this company specializes in just by hearing the name. It is also the most memorable and sounds prestigious. Option B also sounds good, but not as good, memorable, or helpful as option A. Option C tells me nothing about this company except the name and is not memorable.
"Boyd Legal Group" spells out exactly what it is, a law firm.
I like A because I think legal group sounds professional and fits the best.
If we are talking legal cases, then I am going with the name of choice A as it says legal group in the name.
choice A seemed more like a group of lawyers with a professional staff, that could really help a person with their issue. It projects success.
I prefer a firm that gives a perceived strong connection to an ability to mitigate my issue.
A is professional, B is memorable and C is too plain.
Getting legal in the name for injury help is good.
Boyd Legal Group Sounds professional and tells me a lot more about the business. The others don't quite convey what this name is about or what/whom it represents.
A is simple and straight forward which makes it easy to understand. The name is more relatable and creates interest faster in the organization hence more suitable.
I think something that is specific and descriptive would be beneficial for this.
A group of attorneys should always have a familiar/applicable term like 'legal' in the name to best describe their firm.
A is the only name that indicates the company is a law firm
I think Boyd Legal Group is the most powerful and official sounding. It makes it more trustworthy to me.
Option A seems much more professional to me.
Option A is my first choice because I like the name of the company as it is related to those legal situations.
I think legal group sounds the best and the most reassuring for the victims. I like the word group. It makes it seem like I will get help from a wide variety. Legal in the name helps to explain what they do
A is the clearest that the business exists to represent victims.
I think A conveys a sense of teamwork and professionalism that makes the firm seem trustworthy and established.
I like A the most because it sounds more formal and seems more trustworthy and reliable.
I think by stating that they are a legal group, it lets people know exactly what type of business they are. Additionally, it lets you know that it represents many different cases
'Boyd Legal Group' looks better than other options. It looks more professional. I would choose Option A.
I strongly prefer A because it is the most direct and descriptive of what the company does.
Sound the most official and professional. Experienced.
I prefer Option A' which is "Boyd Legal Group" because it clearly conveys the nature of the business, indicating that it provides legal representation for various types of cases such as injured person, crime victims and sexual abuse victims.
The Boyd Legal Group sounds the most powerful. Boyd by itself seems pretty cool as a solo name. Boyd Firm is boring.
legal group lets you know what they do, the others do not
I like option A the best because "Boyd Legal Group" sounds like a company that has a team that will stand up to defend someone.
A is the most professional and clear. B is my least favorite, doesnt specify what type of firm it is.
I think Boyd Legal Group is the most professional and clear in its purpose. I prefer just the name over Boyd Firm because it is too generic and cold.
I like this it stands out as more than one and would work as a group
I think option A would be the choice because you understand what the business will be doing.
I chose names that are the most descriptive and professional.
I think it needs the word legal. Sounds more professional. B is bad, I know firm is a legal word in context, without context its not helpful.
Boyd Legal Group sounds more reputable, trustworthy, and is also clearer.
I prefer the name of choice A because it give the impression that it is a group of people and not just one person at the company that would be able to help me with my case.
The Boyd Legal Group is an interesting name for this kind of business. I think it fits well those areas to represent.
Option A is the only one, in my mind, that gives any indication of the nature of the business.
Option A tells me what the company is, the other two do not.
legal group gives the most solid, confident feel. Firm is fine. boyd by itself doesn't give enough information to really inspire confidence.
This option gives people an understanding as to what the business actually is and what their job title is.
Boyd Firm sounds too boring. I like Boyd Legal Group because it explains more of what it is.
C is far too bland; it's not at all clear that's even a legal service provider. A and B are both a bit boring, but get the idea across. A implies more of a team working on your case rather than just one person, though, so it gets a slight edge for me
I choose A as my first choice due to the word legal. It gives out a picture of representation.
Just Boyd by itself doesn't mean anything to me. It needs to have the designation of "Firm" or "Legal Group" behind it.
which one sounded most professional and inviting to me
I prefer option A. Calling it legal group makes it sound like it will get justice.
I would want more then just the name of a person. So I liked legal group the best
A sounds professional. C is too plain. B sounds like a gym.
I think A sounds the most professional
I like having the word legal in there and group as to me that fits with who you would be representing.
Definitely A. Adding "Legal Group" makes it feel like they're on the right side of the law and will get justice!!
I would prefer option A because it gives a clear description of the business and what the business entails. The name is also easy to pronounce and comprehend hence enhancing its memorability.
Option A sounds the most official & professional
I think Boyd legal groups make is clearest about what you do. A is the best option
A is professional and clearly defines what the group's purpose is.
A "legal group" sounds professional, which is reassuring for sure!
I think A is the most descriptive, I like it the best.
I prefer A; it sounds most professional. B is next. C is last.
Legal Group sounds more serious and impressive than the other options.
If you are a law firm, I think you should make it a more official title, like either of my top 2 choices. My last choice could be any type of company to be honest.
A makes it clear who you're talking about. B is second, not as good. C is useless. You have no idea what the business does just by the name.
I think the "Legal Group" at the end of option A makes the function of the organisation clear. I do not like the way "Boyd Firm" sounds, hence its last position.
Option "A": This makes on feel as if "Boyd" is part of a larger institution making the single name alone feel puny in comparison.
Reading the name in option A, one can easily infer what the company does.
Option C is too short and could mean anything. Options A and B sound more legalized trustworthy and more in tune with a law Management group.
Legal group makes most sense otherwise how would I know you rep anyone ?
Legal Group sounds like they want to help you.
Boyd Legal Group has the connotation of legal services written into the title, making it more related to a lawyer that one would need. Boyd Firm can be ambiguous but in a legal mindset would fit. Boyd is just plain and a name and doesn't imply much.
I like Legal in the name, Boyd alone can be anything. Option A is my first choice, followed by B and C lastly
I prefer option A, because it sounds more professional. It provides more confidence and credibility than options B and C. Those options don't sound very confident.
Choice A sounds the most reputable and trusting of names. Choice B sounds good as well, but not as trustworthy as Choice A in my opinion.
Option A simply makes a lot more sense and is easily more recognizable. It also comes off as being very reliable and professional.

i like the name in option B because it sounds professional and trustworthy
I think that either Options B or A sound the most professional and are easily associated with such a business. I'm not fond of just "Boyd" in Option C though. I slightly prefer the use of two words in Option B over three words in Option A.
I love the simplicity of Option B. It is a phenomenal overall name. It is easy to remember and it is seamless.
I like the "Boyd Firm" because it sounds professional but doesn't give too much away. I'm thinking of a sexual abuse victim - they might want to say "I'm working with the Boyd Firm" instead of saying they are working with a legal group. That is why I did not pick Option A. Also, Boyd Firm sounds strong. I dislike Option C because it is just too abbreviated for me.
Option B is the most appealing name because it clearly communicates the nature of the business as a legal group specializing in various aspects of the law. The inclusion of "Legal Group" in the name adds a professional and legitimacy to the business.
Firm has a good name to it. Nice and strong in regards to a legal team.
"firm" makes it feel strong and like a closer knit collective
firm and legal group sound more professional

I like how C is strong, short and mysterious
just a name this is sometimes a private issue so the name does not need to reveal all.
I like the simplicity of just "boyd" versus the others
Although I have selected the most preferred name out of the given three name options, honestly speaking I could not find any resemblance of the names suggested with injured persons, crime victims or sexually abused persons.
The name should be precise, particularly a single word would be more catchy so I chose C first, B second and A last.
I chose option C because a shorter name is a better brand.
C is short, concise, easy to remember, and has the most flexibility when designing a logo or running ads.
