Yes its a way to gather customer testimony on video that they can do themselves - no need for an in person interview or hiring film crews etc.
The image is describing an outsourced product that companies can use in order to obtain testimonials from their customers to use for advertising purposes. It is clear and easy to understand, but each of the three boxes contains subtext that in my opinion is too wordy.
There is nothing like real people giving real testimonials. This service will make a big difference in credibility.
Getting customers to give testimonials is typically a difficult task, even if they had an exceptional experience. This could eliminate scheduling problems and what is perceived and inconvenience on the customer's part. Good idea!
Yes, this is a service that will allow video feedback from my customers in a usable format.
This is good-it allows you to get real testimonials and there is a professional doing it and acting as a go between. It seems to simplify evereything and makes something available for small businesses
from my understanding its a communication video tool for a business where the customer can leave a comment about the company
I would hire this service today! It's so hard to get consistent videos produced.
Yes, this is a company that will professionally video record customer testimonials, from filming to full production
I like how the main headline tells me what it is for. I feel that each box gives a specific and clear description of the service offered to me. My only reservation is that, if I wasnt looking for a video service, this might not catch my eye or stand out to me.
This looks pretty inventive and useful. I could see a number of good uses for this product/service.
Yes, it is worded simple and straightforward. It is easy to understand.
I like this idea if people use it. Getting people to do a video testimonial can be challenging, but when done right it is very powerful.
I would like to see some type of metric that shows why a video testimonial is more persuasive than written reviews? Is there any vetting to show these aren't paid actors?
I like the step by step layout over a background (good design). It also clearly articulates what the product is and the benefit of using it. It offers professional video services that smaller companies may not have time for and makes the process to begin straightforward (single orange button - again a good design with the color contrast).
It is extremely clear. The service is aimed at companies and will allow them to send link to customers for these testimonials. The customer is NOT the buyer of the products for which you are getting a testimonial but rather the companies selling. Good idea actually.
The goal of the website is clearly stated at the top. The boxes show the process of accomplishing what that goal through the website. I think it is clear that the site offers a service for people to record video testimonials in high quality video.
Looks like it's a video way for customers that you have done business with to say positive things about your business.
Yes, if you need customer management for reviews or testimonials its a great place to start! This would be a benefit to use!
Yes, it is a way to get video feedback from customers that vouch for the product
While I've never heard of such a service, I feel like this ad does a good job of conveying what it is. I definitely learned something new from this ad, so I think that it definitely works.
Though it is a bit cluttered, it's pretty clear what the services is being provided. It shows that it is a production company that handles the contact with customers to provide live testimonials about the company or products offered by the company. It clearly demonstrates that the company will handle all the customer contact and filming and editing of the material. I think the design of the ad is a bit cluttered and it would be easy to miss the information at the bottom in the fine print that actually details all this information. Quicker and punchier descriptions would do much better at conveying this information quickly
Yes they work behind the scenes to help your website .
I understand what the service is, however it doesn't seem like a very attractive or necessary one. Also, this advertisement is too "wordy" - I doubt that many would want to take the time to read all the text.
Yes I understand. This is primarily a software for collection recorded depositions and storing them for sending out to lawyers and courts.
I think this is a great idea as it puts a face with a recommendation and it adds quite a bit of honesty and legitimacy to a person's feedback. I feel live testimonials are a great way for a company to provide confidence in people looking to get a certain product or service. I would be more inclined to make a purchase if I could hear from actual testimonial evidence and recommendations on a product.
Testimonials being the name tells me a lot about the service provides. The next sentence tells me a basic idea of what is does. The outlay is easy to understand and explains the purpose well
This is an excellent service, and would probably go a long way in advertising for small businesses. The fact that it is made easy for the customer to record makes in invaluable.
I believe the service is very clear from what I am reading. This is almost like Yelp but in video form. This is a great way to provide testimonials from past customers. This service will instill confidence for future customers in regards to the company. This would be a great situation for companies that traditionally have issues with the public trust like construction companies, attorneys etc... I think that a wide variety of company types can benefit from this service and they could potentially get many new customers from this. This will create more of a public trust and if there is a profile of the company alongside it, that would be even better
Yes I understand the service offered. Its a solicitation and video production service for high end customer testimonies. This would be useful for higher end, higher priced items to build trust for potential clients.
Its a system that allows customers to leave video reviews and testimonies for a company by providing a link
I understand that they edit customer testimonials to look really good. This is a pretty neat service in my opinion.
It is pretty easy to understand, it looks like this is a way to to get testimonial videos
It is incredibly wordy and its not clear if this company is simply astroturfing.
Understand it mostly but it doesn't say if customers need to have any type of equipment to participate
This is an innovative, interesting way to get video testimonials from clients.
Everything is explained clearly in an almost step by step format. No fancy words or jargon is used. It's explained in a language anyone should be able to easily understand
It's my understanding that it a site where personal testimonials can be created. It think it is an interesting concept.
Yes, I understand the service being offered. I've seen video testimonials online and on TV. This service would make it easier for a company to get that type of video done. They would handle everything once they were contacted by the customer. The company/business wouldn't have to deal with trying to get the testimonial on video. It's a neat concept.
"Easy" "Engaging" and "Consistently" are wonderful selling points. All the blurbs and titles are very upbeat and encouraging.
I believe I understand that this company assists other companies in getting video testimonials from their customers. That said, I am having difficulty understanding what companies this service is being directed towards. In addition, despite the three main sections discussing the services, I am having some difficulty wrapping my head around how it works. I don't know if this would be considered a paid testimonial, which I don't particularly like. If not, I worry this could be too polished; sometimes lack of polish can add a real authenticity to a testimonial.
It’s very clear that the service is for video testimonials
Yes, I understand that this would be to get video testimonials from customers, and I understand that the ir would be a production team involved and it would be easy for the customers. I don't understand WHY I would want my customers to do this (from reading the screenshot), but it seems to be well explained how the process would work.
The visual of a customer testimonial can be powerful and help a prospect client to become more welcoming to the idea of buying from you. The use of a service like this would stream line the process and have a positive impact on the client and prospect
It appears to be professionally edited video testimonials. I did not have a hard time understanding the advertisement and it was clearly written.
It says right at the top of the ad exactly what they do which is "get video testimonials from your customers."
Yes, I think I understand the concept. Essentially, a client can post a video clip of them speaking about their experience using your company or services that other people could watch and see what other people think or how they view the company. It would allow companies to ask clients to post a video or clip of their experience and other people could view it to learn more about what people think. I think the idea is a good experience that companies would love to use (as long as they were positive) as it gives a much more personal feel to a review instead of just seeing written words that don't mean much to people. I think businesses would love this and would like it for their social media and/or webpage.
This is quite clear to me that it is a service that any business wishing for enhance their testimonials using video could use these guys without needing a video team
The ad is very descriptive and gives all the information you need on how to give a review.
yes, it provides assistance with creating video testimonials.
