As a manager or business leader, which free resource would you be most likely to download and why?
Option B won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 32 votes after 1 round of vote counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.

I believe the rank order of these choices would be best in this order of importance for a business. Team morale is not very difficult. Knowing what is causing team turnover is harder and boosting team productivity is essential.
I like the idea of preventing turnover, and 5 makes it sound like it wouldn't take too long to read.
I like the bluntness of stopping team turnover. usually that phrasing it put more gently, when it shouldn't have to be
Definitely A, stopping turn over is important to keep the current employee and assure they stay in the company and with that savings time with training new ones
I am more interested in the free resource, I don't think a catchy name would affect me as much as the price.
"5 Ways to Stop Team Turnover" sounds the best for the option to stop the team turnover. This seems to be the best free resource book for this. I like "6 Ways to Boost Team Morale" as well. Good to put out the numbers there first. That seems to make sense first and foremost.

I think option B sounds more versatile than the other two, I think it is the best title out of the three.
This explanation is very direct and straight to the point while being memorable and making an impact
B is what i really need, a definite guide and way to do things - C and A are just lists to me.
I like option B because it improves the company as a whole.
My first choice (option B) addresses main business goals. I feel that this should be the focus of a business manager. I chose option B next, yet morale is jut one factor in business productivity. I chose option A third because the topics of books B and C should result in less turnover anyway.
I prefer option B because it will help you get the most out of the resources and personnel that you have available to you
Boosting team productivity and performance will definitely lead to more business growth. And when the morale is high, there will be more positive outputs.
B - performance is key to success. C - a happy worker is a good worker. A - turnover is important but I think the other 2 options are more important.
I would want to boost performance and production because that makes for happy employees.
I liked choice B since the wording is much more appealing and relevant. Choice B sounds more positive and real word use. Choice A sounds generic and not as appealing.
I would first try to focus on improving our services then morale and then avoiding loss of employees.
I think I’m pretty good at team morale and retention but boosting productivity is really important in any business
How to Boost Team Productivity and Performance is a more productive action.
I chose option B because I think that the most important things for teams at work is productivity and performance and this title included both right there in it
Well, I'm very unlikely to download any of these unknown resources based on the names. If I knew more about them, it would depend on my needs. Productivity and performance seem like the most universally useful.
I think Option B is the best as increasing productivity and performance is always something a manager strives to do so it may provide some information that I might not have known before. The title is direct and to the point which I like. C and A are pretty similar to me. In most cases, boosting team morale and stopping turnover are very similar but I think ideas on how to improve team morale is more of a proactive step to preventing turnover.
I chose B because I need productivity before anything as an owner. Then I chose A as it is expensive for turnover. Then I chose C because I have no problem with morale.
I think I'd find option B the most appealing, as it seems like a comprehensive, in-depth guide to improving your business. The listicle nature of options A and C do not really appeal to me, as they give off the vibe that it is just a quick list. I know this style is popular, but I would not personally use it.
I'm not a fan of "X ways to..." books. They seem very limited. I'd recommend dropping that wording from your titles.
The title sounds encouraging and inspiring. I definitely would try to look at that first
I like things that aren't tied to lists or a number which is why I went with B, it seems to be the most overall encompassing and best option. I would prefer to focus on morale over turnover which is why I ranked C ahead of A.
I feel like the morale trope is overused in the business world. I think the other titles speak to the problem more directly
I feel as if boosting team productivity and performance would also encompass turnover and morale issues.
I like the more positive spin on B & C compared to option A.
I chose B as my first choice because I like the positivity factor and the encouraging message.I chose C as my second choice because I like the solid number and how it is beneficial.I chose A as my third choice because I like the solid number and how it stops a negative.
As a manager, I would not like any of these books. B would be my first choice because it is the most innocuous and does not use numbers as a way to attempt to simplify a complex problem. C is my next choice because team morale sounds like something more specific and focused than turnover. I find both C and A obvious how to fix and turn me off to the book.
I like the title that sounds most positive. Option B talks about what you can do and not about what you can't do.
I like option B because as a leader, I'm always looking to boost productivity and performance, so this option clearly made the most sense for me.
Productivity and performance are the major concerns.
I prefer the option B free resource description because I like the positive attitude of this text and would want to improve team productivity and performance as a manager or business leader. I chose option C second because I would much rather read about boosting team morale than the much more negative business of team turnover described in the option A text description.
I feel productivity and performance go hand in hand, in addition to being universally vital for businesses. That makes it a natural choice here.
When looking to uplift and help your department I feel this title may just help you.

Maintaining high morale is critically important to having productive, committed team.
Option C seems the most positive of the bunch, so that's what I would go with. Option A implies you have a relatively high turnover rate on your team, which means you're starting from a negative position (which may or may not be the case in real life). Option B just sounds too generic to be interesting.
C Is the most important. Because I believe as many studies have shown if workers are happy in the Morales high the productivity and performance will increase
I like numbers in titles, as it makes it seem more enticing. 6 is better than 5, which is why Option C is ranked over A. B is a bit wordy.
High morale is most important. If your morale is high it will lead to less turnover and more productivity. So, I’d pick C Because it will help load with both A and B
I prefer C as I am always looking for ways to improve morale. I would like to hear suggestions about different team building exercises and other things to do as a group.
Morale is the key to productivity, performance and low turnover
Morale has been an issue with a lot of groups during the pandemic and my group is no different so I would certainly be most interested in listening to or reading something that would help with this. Personally I am also a manager who has never had any training in management so it would be useful.
I think improving morale would also help with productivity and turnover, so C would be the most effective book of the three.
I think the morale one would be most useful. That is what my company is dealing with at the moment, plus improving morale will help with the retention issue in choice A/ I like option C best
Choices C and B have more positive connotations than A. Option C is especially important because boosting team moral can help motivate and retain employees.
As A former business owner wth 10 employees I think that choice C was the best for me then and also B. Option A was never much of an issue with me.
