Option B won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 30 votes after 3 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 | Round 2 | Round 3 |
---|---|---|---|
B | 36% 18 votes | 40% 20 votes +2 | 60% 30 votes +10 |
C | 26% 13 votes | 32% 16 votes +3 | 40% 20 votes +4 |
D | 22% 11 votes | 28% 14 votes +3 | Eliminated 14 votes reassigned |
A | 16% 8 votes | Eliminated 8 votes reassigned |

I like knowing the installation is easy. Similarly, I like being able to use one hand to work. The easier the better.
Option A any time any day i will go for it as it describes you do not have to call expert for it. C is upto the mark and precise , D is also good and clear
A is the most engaging option and provides more details.
Option A is a straight forward easy to understand statement that let's you know right away what it is. Options D and C are good, a little long, but the explanations are excellent and easy to understand.
No need to ask for help seems the most compelling as a do it yourself solution using this shower head
A does the best with the information it tells and and how its worded and makes the product seem interesting in my opinion, D also does a pretty good job in how its worded and does a fair job in describing the product and selling it, B is kind brief in details but does a fair job in making the product seem interesting in my opinion, C could really use more details on the product and it seems a little too blunt in how it's worded in my opinion
A makes it seem like it is more DIY friendly with not even mentioning using a plumber. It makes it seem like it is so easy, you don't even have to call someone into the same room to help you at all as well.
No need to ask for help is more universal and more assuring to others that the product will work

i would buy the product in option B first because i like that the installation is easy for me
I like option B the best because installs in minutes stands out the most to me.
Installs in minutes1 This is a huge for a homeowner to read
I like the description in option B the best. The statements make the installation process sound effortless and fast.
The reason why I like option B the most is because it gets straight to the point effectively and is easiest for the consumer to understand. It tells the consumer what it needs to by putting them to ease about installing the product themselves (without the need for a plumber. Options A is my least favorite option, as it is the most confusing.
I liked that B and D emphasized not needing to call a plumber since this is usually my first move. C didn't feel as helpful since it didn't really say I wouldn't need assistance.
I like A, but feel like it might only appeal to women. Not calling the plumber is more universal. I like the version that remains in the passive voice throughout (doesn't switch to using "you").;
B sounded very easy to use, I like the easy installation on A, I thought D and C were also clear and easy to understand but not as catchy and attention grabbing as B and A.
the sentences were used by how well they describes the product's function and its uses.
I prefer and would be most likely to purchase option B because I think that it is the simplest and most appealing product function description out of the four options. I especially like how concise it is because I think that it makes the installation sound the simplest.
I like how this one starts. I know it is easy to install by myself.
Option B is straight to the point with no confusing numbers.. It's slick and easy to understand, no guessing.. Option D is close, but clumsy in the way it's written.. It does not have the cadence Option B has.. Option C has the same problem, but also stumbles.. It makes the reader slow down to understand it.. Option A mentions numbers, which will confuse more than half the population who will not know if they have this sized show head threaded pipe or not, and that will make them hesitate.. Not everyone is a DIY Weekend Warrior dad, or contractor..
B and D seem the most natural sounding to me, and B is a bit tighter and more to the point, so I'd go with that one.
I think its best to keep to the point. It installs easily. No need to call a plumber is key although I haven't seen a product that didn't apply to. Still it might help scared homeowners with their first DIY.
I like the approach of B. It is a little more direct and easier to digest.
Option B says it all: no need to call a plumber, you can install it quickly with just one hand. I can feel my chest relax as I read those words.
B and A make it sound like the least level of effort by me which is what i prefer
i like the short and sweet discriptions the best. i feel like it makes it simple to know that anyone can install it and you dont need any tools. choice B just stood out the most to me that it would be the easier to install

C is the only one. Tool free is a must and C is to the point. And no need to call a plumber is just not needed. B/D/A are all just tooo wordy.
Option C gets to the specifics of the installation without implying it understands my skills. It allows me to make the assessment myself without assuming I would be hesitant to install the shower head myself.
I choose C because the message is extremely convincing and convenient for normal users
Option C made it sound the easiest and most painless way of installing. Option B also gave a description that made me feel confident that I could install it. Option A sounded slightly more complex. Option D made me feel a little uncertain about if installing it would really be that easy.
C is the only one that sounds professional to me. The other three options sound a bit cheap and like they are trying to get a chuckle out of the customer. I don't really like them that much,
I think it's short and straight to the point and what people would want to hear when looking for something.
My choice is option C as rank because the content and description are very attractive to the product so i choose this as my choice
I think this is the best because it talks about how simple it is. If I am doing something myself I want it to be as easy and as quick as possible. This does the best job describing that
I don't think it should say anything about not having to call a plumber, because some people still might feel more comfortable if they do
Option C tells you the most with the least amount of text. Doesn't mention a plumber or the type of threads. It's so easy to install you don't need more info.
I chose option C first because they emphasize the fact that it is simple and easy and this ad gave me the most confidence that I do it myself.
It's a simplified, easy to understand description on how easy it is to install, without tools for either C or B. I think A is a little too specified that not everyone will understand what it means.
I chose C because I like that it tells me it fits on standard shower pipe arms without tools and its easy to install
11 Responses to Option D
The two options that said no plumber showed me how easy it was, so they intrigued me the very most.
My top choice does the best job illustrating the lack of need for a plumber and any tools
The quick description letting me know how easy it is to install is nice. I like that it also lets me know that I can hand tighten it.
D makes this sound easier and sells the benefits clearly
I like this concept, option d is my first pick no plumber needed, then secondly option A and B, option c is good as well, i like pointing out in the first phrase no help needed. All are concise and easy to understand.
I like that option D mentions it is tool free installation and that I will not have to call a plumber. This tells me it is really easy.
Choices D and B are the top two for me because I like how they both make it clear that it is easy to install and that you will not need to get a plumber to do it. Choice D is ahead for me because I liked how it said that you can install it yourself a bit better than being able to install it in minutes. Choice A is third because the no need to ask for help was not as good as the no need to call a plumber the first two had. I also felt it was unnecessary to mention the universal G1/2 thread. Choice C is last because it does not mention anything about not needing to ask for help.
I like D and B, and that would appeal to me. But I am terrible at home installation things and would not be sure I could do it.
I picked option D first because it states both that you don't need tools and that the shower fixture will fit on any pipe. This way I don't have to worry about the possibility of making a return, or ruining my shower. I picked B next because it says the same things, but it's a little less clear on the delivery.
these are seem pretty similar to me but D sounds the most straightforward
This option is more descriptive, the installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. The way the text is written makes me feel like it's speaking directly to me, I like that the paragraph makes me feel useful. Option B sounds great, but it's focused on the time it takes to install instead of how easy it is to install. Option C sounds nice, but feels less personal. Option A uses concepts that are not usually known by the average person.
