Which design is better for an unisex Kids Earmuff?
Option A won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 27 votes after 2 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 | Round 2 |
---|---|---|
A | 48% 24 votes | 54% 27 votes +3 |
C | 28% 14 votes | 46% 23 votes +9 |

All colors are great!
my choices are bassed on color
Black/Grey/White are the best unisex colors. Those are neutral, not too bright, not too dark.
This color would work for boys or girls.
A is the most neutral for a unisex product, and C is pretty neutral as well. B looks more purple like. I don't care about things like "boy or girl colors", but some people do, and might be turned off by C as a gender-neutral choice.
While i tended to stay away from white for kids, I really like the simplicity of the white and black in Option A, Option B is fine too, light blue works well for both boys and girls. The mint green may be too "girlie" for some parents.
I think the black headphones could go for either or black is definitely a gender neutral color. I think the light blue is more gender neutral than the dark blue also. I have boys and I know both of my boys would rather have the dark blue so I personally would never purchase them for a girl.
I like them in this order for unisex
Black and white is best for unisex, goes with everything. The powder blue of B is very nice and can be appreciated by boys and girls. The teal is nice but is not a very 'kid' color, I don't think boys or girls would like it.
The white is cool and hip.
Black and white are gender neutral colors and would be best for a unisex type of item.
Black will always a safe color for either gender next blue. The teal could go either way but I feel it's more for a girl.
I think that the white headphones is the one that seems to be the best unisex option. I think that it is a good looking product that anyone would be able to use.
White and black is pretty gender neutral. Option C is the next best for unisex. Option B is too blue potentially being to boyish/masculine.
The pale green looks too babyish for some Boys.
The white ones and aqua ones are unisex.
The key to this question is Unisex, of which the clear leader is A. I think that the blue in B could be used in a unisex manner and is the most attractive to me, but I think that the teal colored one is kind of girly.
A seems to be the most neutral color choice; B could be either sex; C seems feminine to me.
i picked by which colors looked more unisex in order
The white is a good color for boys or girls. The blue is a good choice too. Don't care for the mint green, don't think boys would like them.
White is a neutral color. There should be no arguments about wearing that color. choice B is blue. Some girls may not want to wear that color. Choice C teal green. there may be young boys who dont want to wear that color. So White still seems to be the less offensive choice for kids.
The black and white set looks "cool" and would match any outfit. The blue is nice too.
The white ones look the best
The black and white is soooo classic and great for either boys or girls.

The darker of the two blues looks much nicer
prefer colors in that order.
I think most kids like blue, so I chose blue first. Then mint and black.
B which has blue and white colors is good for boys and girls, C looks girlish, A looks it's for adults.
I ranked solely by color
EI like the blue one best so b tehn the teeal one so c then grey so a
I like B the best because it doesn't have the metal clasp on it. I like the simple style of B the most. The other ones seem like they would break easier.
Blue and white can be for anyone. Teal to me is more of a girl color
B HAS THE BEST COLOR THAT STOOD OUT TO ME
I REALLY LIKE THE SHADE OF BLUE IN B
Not a huge fan of the teal color, like blue one the best.
Option B is a nice shade of blue and is unisex.

teal is a nice good in between and you can never go wrong with white, while blue tends to lean more towards boys than uni
The color is slightly different from regular colors and is very much attractive.
I like the color design of choice C the best. It is the most appealing to me.
i like the color
While they all looks very similar I would prefer option C better because it looks like it cant be broken that easily and if it does it can be easily repaired.
I picked based upon color, am style
Not white because youth are messy. I like the turquoise, especially since the color is trending, and I have a similar colored set for my child. The blue is a decent option, although I would prefer to see some red, lime, more unique colors.
I like C best because the color is cheerful and would work for either boys or girls. B is my second choice - the blue isn't quite as cheerful. The black and white design in A is kind of boring and drab, it's not a product I think kids would like much.
the first two look more flexible, more portable, and comfortable. the third looks stiff, and solid.
i think these colors can be pretty unisex
The turquoise color is so popular with my kids who are ages 7 and 9!
I chose C because I love the color!
The blue on option C is kind of a baby blue, which could be used for either boys or girls. The darker blue would be a boys one, and the black and white is colorlessly uninspiring.
The blue used for C seems very unisex and at the same time not as boring as unisex A, which is just black and white. B is more of a blue I would associate more with males than female.
