Which packaging design to you prefer?
Option D won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 28 votes after 3 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 | Round 2 | Round 3 |
---|---|---|---|
D | 46% 23 votes | 50% 25 votes +2 | 56% 28 votes +3 |
C | 34% 17 votes | 34% 17 votes | 44% 22 votes +5 |
B | 16% 8 votes | 16% 8 votes | Eliminated 8 votes reassigned |

A- look attractive and features the dog more.D - I like the dog more than the white dogsB is OKC is too much white
These all look good but I chose A because I like this look best.
8 Responses to Option B
I like the dog and the model better.
Choice B stands out. The lighter colored dog, the blonde, and the white top she is wearing all seem to pop with the earth toned backdrop.
B looks just like my pupper so this option really resonates with me. Top pick! Love the design and style with this image.
I think the darker background for the photo matches the rest of the package best. As for the others, the bandana in A is very distracting. The dog--which is the most important part--is a bit more prominent in D which puts it second for me.
I chose option B. I like the light colored dog and the blonde model together.
I like blondes more than brunettes so I liked B and A and I prefer long hair to short. With D and C I thought the dog was cuter on D as I liked both women equally.
All the package designs are great - you can't lose. But gentlemen, so I've heard, prefer blondes. I know I do...
They’re equally captivating but I suppose I like Option B best because the dog’s fur and the woman’s blouse match!

I like this package the best I like how it looks and how it stands out more to me
I chose C as my first choice because I like the way that the dog is being held and hugged.
I like the color difference between the dog and their human in C the most, and I like when the dogs are getting hugged.
I picked based on the polarity of the woman and the dog, given the rest of the packaging is the same.
Option C is pretty nice. It's good looking packaging. I like it. I'd buy option C.
Both the girl and the dog look so happy - my attention is first drawn to this one.
The first two options c and d are the best. The pictures with owners hugging their pets is much more uplifting and will make me more likely to purchase them.
I chose C as first because both the lady and the dog looked very happy. A is second because the lady appears happy and I am sure her dog is too. Also, the package seems to be brighter. D is third and B must be last. The dogs are precious.
The dogs look loved when they are hugged and I think this treat is special.
I have selected option image C because the women model and her pet dog both seem the happiest of the lot and I have used the same theory behind ranking of all the options as there are no other dissimilarity between the above 4 image options.
As I see all the products, I understand that all the packaging as well as the inner products are same rather than the images printed on the packaging. Moreover, Option C is my first choice because the dog with the lady looks very happy and they enjoy their company.
C, D, and A show a good looking dog with a loving owner (ranked in order of looks)B. Shows a refined owner who is not in love with her dog
I picked based on what what I thought was the woman showing the most affection for the dog. Option C shows a young girl hugging the dog and showing a lot of love.
I like the dog better in C and B. D is cute with giving your dog a hug. Its like if you love your dog you ll want the best so buy this product . B is nice with dog side by side. I don't care for the person putting their head on the dog.
I prefer Option C because the dog in the photograph looks the most like my last dog.
I prefer this one the best. I like seeing the love between an owner and their dog. I am a dog owner and I love my guys.
You put a Golden on your packaging, I'm gonna look. OK, fine. the good looking women is nice to look at but is so anachronistic. Focus on the dogs, they should be enough to sell dog treats.

The deciding factor for me this time was how real the affection seemed between the women and the dogs. I'll particularly point out how fake A feels.
I like the more natural down to earth look.
One dog is cuter than the next. I would pick option D since the puppy looks so happy!
I like her leaning into the dog. It makes me want to buy the product.
I prefer option D. I like the dog best on this package.
Selection D is a more appealing product design with the model’s arms around the dog and on an equal level with the dog, it is a more natural look.
I think that the model and the dog for D look the most welcoming. My dog loves these a lot and I buy them a lot.
The first two choices I made resemble my dog more so than the last two.
Option D is the one that gets my attention most.
I choose "D" I like how happy the lady and the doggie look.
I really like the dog and person on Option D better than the others but Option C is a close second.
I like the white/tan background colors behind the person/dog in Options D, C, & A more than the solid light brown color behind the person/dog in Option B. Option D is my favorite because I think that the woman/dog have the cutest pose on this package.
I think the darker colors in the dog/person(hair/clothing) picture (D) blends better overall with the rest of the packaging.
I like D because it catches my attention and I like the color contrast. For C I like how the dog and lady look together. For A I like how they are together and the lady is smiling. B is just plain and boring. They blend in together.
Option D fill the space better. It looks better overall. The closer image is eye catching. I think the darker coloring also works better overall.
I honestly like all of them, but I went with the one that the hug looked most natural to me. D and A both look that way. B is third because it doesn't look as natural. C looks too much like she's strangling the dog.
nicer graphics with bolder colors that makes the dog and person stand out
I prefer the top 2 because they have the same breed type as my dogs and make me feel like it is for them.
I like the dog. Overall I can relate more to this one.
The product were ranked by considering the package design color and pictures design on it revealing and emphasizing on the content in it.
After carefully studying and comparing all four product images displayed above, I selected Option D as my first preference and the one that I would most likely click on to purchase for my own dog. I felt that this image had the most eye catching appeal to me primarily due to that attractive image of the dog and the female owner. Option C was my second choice followed by Option A and finally Option B with all four rankings based on my own personal opinion of the relative attractiveness of each product image.
The people look happy on the package but not exagerated.
I like the photos in this order. I like the boldness of the first photo, it is eye catching
