Which photo is more attractive as a main picture for eCommerce product and why ?

7 Responses to Option A
As a ballet dancer myself, option A is way more appealing. The dancer in option B looks awkward, like she was photoshopped into the image as an afterthought. Plus, what most dancers I know would really be focusing on with a product like this is the arch of the foot. Option A totally exemplifies this.
I really don't feel the need to see the person's entire body. So, A is sufficient for me.
My choice is less intimidating. The person in the other photo just makes me feel like I'm not good enough to use this product.
I chose A because I did not like to expression on the woman in B. I like to shot of just her leg and foot with her toe shoe on. I feel that A puts the focus more on the product itself.
prefer the closer image of the product in A
B looks to divided with the dancer on the bottom. A flows well
it is easier to see the product

I like seeing a real person using it. It is cool. I think it is more attractive. Thank you.
The full view of the lady is better.
B is good
This gives me a good overall idea of what the product is and how it is used.
The full picture of the woman using the product is a good touch.
Better able to see the product in use
I chose B because just showing her leg may look weird to some people.
shows how product can be used
Prefer to see the whole person to see how the product is used
I like the picture so much better showing the women fully. It also shows one of the ways the resistant bands can be used/ Option A shows just the foot, but I prefer seeing the whole person
B- because it shows the entire body of someone using the product
The picture is very precise of the how to the product is being used.
Seeing the full image of the woman makes this more interesting as you can see how the product is used
I get a better feel for how the product works in this image.
The full picture of the model gives me a better idea of how it's used.
A phantom ballet leg just hanging over a product is creepy. At least with B there's a person attached to the weird leg, and it's not such a close-up on all the strange joints and bends.
I chose B because I like to see what the whole body is doing with the strap. With just the leg shown I cannot be sure.
I prefer B, because it gives a more complete look at how the product is used, while just showing the foot in A looks awkward to me.
Option B is more expressive of the product and what you can do about it.
B shows how the band stretches across the torso and leg. A is a little confusing in how to use the product.
This one looks much better
I really like A. It shows how the product is used. B just has the leg and it kinda weird
B because if you want to sell this you need the pic of a person using it. That is what sells it.
You get a better view of the product being used.
Having the ballerina helps show how the product is used. I don't like the one with just the foot as it seems very random and odd.
I much prefer choice B because the leg in choice A is just too large and distracting. I like how in B the person and product image are of equal size and the person is really demonstrating how to use the product. It makes it really easy to get an idea of the size of the product and how useful it would be when the image of the entire person is included.
I chose B, because it shows you how the band is used and has a good visional of the product.
I think this product is for exercise, the first image looks somewhat incorrect because only leg was shown, may be you may think it is shown how to wear, but in some cases it looks different. In this image it is clearly shown how the product should be used.
I prefer being able to see the entire photo of the use of the product. I like seeing the product in action.
I like seeing the product being used. It is difficult to figure out how the product works based on Option A.
I prefer A because it shows you exactly how the band is supposed to go around your waist. The other just shows it going around your foot. I'm sure people who do ballet probably know exactly where it's supposed to go, but just in case B helps those who don't know.
I think its important to see how to use the product. In this case it is helpful to see it go around the back.
Option B clearly shows how long the straps are and a great use for them, while Option A is only a small piece of the puzzle.
I like the full body picture
I like seeing the person completely in this using the band. The other just looks strange with just the leg there.I also like that the image of the product is above the person using it. It gives you a more complete understanding of how it looks while using it and how to use it.
I would rather see the whole person with the bands versus a disembodied leg, which is very off-putting.
B allows you to the see the product in full use instead of just a clip of it in A (which I wouldn't even know what was for from the thumbnail).
i can see how to use this bands
I think the ballerina adds more depth and helps show what the product is used for.
Seeing how it's used is more attractive with the full person over just the leg.
The fit woman gives me something to strive for
B shows how the product is used better.
I prefer the picture in B. I think the random leg in A is odd to just be sticking out.
