Which game title sounds more appealing as a game to play with friends?
37 Responses to Option A
Rainbow unicorn game sounds ridiclious
sounds more powerful, attracts the buyers more than the rainbow unicorn game
The name sounds cool and more intriguing.
I like role playing games, and title A has a sound as though it would involve epic battles of swords and sorcery
Choice A sounds more exciting than the other description
The mention of a unicorn in A is unappealing to me.
It just makes me wonder more than the other one does. It's more intriguing.
B is blah. So boring. Anyway, both are too long.
i think a sounds more appealing. it is worded better
The other title is a little too on the nose.
A rainbow unicorn doesn't really appeal to males
Is this a board game or electronic game? That kind of makes a difference for this answer. For an electronic game, I prefer A. For a board game, I prefer B.
The title was more appealing and had a sort of call to action for the game.
I think many people would not be willing to play the other title assuming it is a juvenile game.
I think this one makes it sound a little more exciting and sounds like it has more action.
I think "Protectors of the Rainbow" is better because it does not sound as juvenile as the other game. Using the phrase "Rainbow Unicorn" makes me think the product is for little girls.
This one sounds more exciting and more gender inclusive.
It sounds more exciting and suitable for all ages.
It seems more gender neutral, sounds more fitting, and is still imaginative.
Option A sounds like the more mature game title for a wide target audience. The problem with Option B is that having unicorns in the title makes it appear like it is a children's game, especially female children.
I like the description that doesn't use unicorn
Both sound too goofy for me personally. But were I going strictly off name, A is more appealing than B.
Option B seems like it's for a little girl. Option A I can see being for anyone, I'd be more likely to play it.
I think that "protecting" the rainbow would resonate with everyone. But I really liked the "Rainbow Unicorn" in second option. But I will choose option A because of wanting to protect the rainbow sounded more exciting to me.
Less kidsy title without Rainbow Unicorn
I picked option A because it sounds a little more adult than the other option. The other option sounds like something for kids.
this title sounds more collaborative, and gives more of a sense of what you do in the game. the action-oriented slant is more active than the other option.
Its more engaging and sounds like more of an adveture quest game
Protectors of sounds more interesting and cool
Makes it sound less childish
This sounds more adult to me.
I like the title protectors of the rainbow better than the other title. To me, a unicorn is something that doesn't sound that appealing to me. I'd rather just protect the rainbow.
Throwing in the word "unicorn" makes the game sound very juvenile.
Unicorns make it sound more like a kids game.
Protectors sounds more exciting and adventurous.
Protectors of the Rainbow sounds more unique and original than the other option.
Option A sounds more competitive, a bit more adult with the word "protector", like a superhero.

Rainbow unicorn actually sounds like a really fun idea
It makes it more exciting with unicorns
I like this title better.
neither one, too long
This would only be appealing to girls and most would choose this one.
Seems to be directed to a younger audience and Unicorns are very trendy now.
I like unicorns . Sounds less aggressive more enjoyable.
Protectors of the rainbow makes me think it will be a battle type game (i.e. fortnite type) where you need to defend the rainbow against something. That doesn't appeal to me.
I love Rainbows and Unicorns together in anything. It sounds very exciting.
With the popularity of unicorn everything right now, I think using that word in the title will gather more interested parties.
I like that the description tells you that it's a game and then describes it.
Sounds a little more unique
Both titles are weird, but I like the sound of including the "unicorn" in the title.
