I like the use of the font in A the best as well as the eye catching colors of the background. It seemed to have better lighting in it. I enjoyed the appearance of everything in A and thought that the image was the most balanced in A as well.

D has the most dull colors since the sand takes up the majority of the image. I love how the ocean is a brilliant azure blue color in A, B and C. A feels the most balmy and relaxing and B feels like I’m sailing into an adventure. C shows the least amount of the ocean.

i love the colors and the land on the first one. I love the coloring of the second one most but i wish it showed some beach. The third one i like the land it adds d some greenery missing from the fourth one

Option A has a beautiful background to set off the boat and the boat angle is particularly appealing

I chose A because it is the most appealing to the eye. It shows more of the area, the trees and mountain are clear and focused well. The boat is proportionate to the surrounding area and being docked on the beach indicates the white sands to disembark on and enjoy. The sky has the right amount of blue to indicate a pleasant climate to enjoy during your stay in the area.

I like seeing the full boat rather than just part, as that's more fun and exciting. And the green foliage in the background of my top choice is inviting and irresistible. All four options are nice, but my top choice is definitely the best among them! Looks like a useful guide book for sure!

A express more beauty and nature in its image which makes it more lively and engaging. B is quite similar to A showing a wide perspective of the a beautiful environment. C and D are nice with beautiful features but not very engaging as compared to A and B.

I like option A the best because I like the angle of the gondola boat and I think the image captures fun on both water and land because of the lush green mountains in the background and the beach. Those images make me think of entertainment things that can be done in those areas for couples.

I like A better than D because the boat is more firmly placed in context, so you see Thailand more clearly. I found that the placement of the author's name in B and C was more obscure (C) or distractingly appeared to be painted on the boat (B).

Stunning photos! Option A feels as though the boat is inviting me in. I'd love to explore this travel site, as I have never been and did not realize it was so beautiful.

I find Choice B to be my favorite because it looks as if it is from the couples point of view. As if it is inviting you to come aboard for a ride in a romantic and exotic landscape. Choice B also has the best visual presentation. The water is a beautiful shade a green and the mountains are so inviting and the sky so very blue. Choice A is my second choice because it also has a beautiful visual layout. I like the way the boat is anchored to the shore, and the view of the jungles invites the viewer to an exotic getaway. I could imagine having a picnic there on a private beach. Choice C is OK but the boat is so close it takes away from the landscape in the back. It makes the boat the prominent feature instead of the destination. Choice D is just OK as well. The boat is more attractively displayed but the view is not optimal as the landscapes are too distant.

B is the most attractive one because it makes people feel like being part of the trip on th boat, D and C are identical, they are better than A because the direction of the boat looks more natural and comfortable.

I chose Option B as my first choice because the cover shows the real beauty of Thailand. I like the fact the photo seems to be taken from the boat implying we are on the journey together. Option A is also attractive but in a much tamer way. Option C has a good angle and the boat is decorative. Option D is perfectly fine but it's a little dull and sterile.

Two things about option B stand out; firstly it is the only choice in which the boat is going away from the viewer and toward adventure (it makes no sense for a boat to be coming directly at you if you're going to explore); secondly it is the only one where the water is an alluring turquoise which I associate with the tropics and relaxation. For both these reasons option B stands head and shoulders above the other choices.

I chose B overall because the point of view angle is more relevant to a book for couples.

Choice B is the most romantic I believe. The others are good and make it seem old worldly. I do not like the font in C at all though.

B shows promise, adventure, and excitement ahead. A shows the beautiful landscape. C and D focus too much on the boat and not enough on the journey ahead.

I can envision the couple being on the boat in (B) and I ranked the others in order of personal preference based on the scenery.

I love option B because the perspective is great to make you feel like you are already there inside the boat.

I would rather buy B because it looks much more personable.

I liked them in order of the prominence of the mountains.

My choice is definitely option "B" as it seems to elicit emotion completely. The fact that its a POV (Point of View) gives one the impression that they are on the boat. This image has transported me to Thailand completely and I'm totally immersed in the waves and soaking in the lovely lush greenery of the mountainside. The Turquoise water, the green mountains and the blue sky totally makes up for any hesitancy in not traveling to Thailand.

definitely B. I like that you can see all that is in front of you from the boat. Looks like you are off to a great escape. A would be next. It's prettier than C and D. C and D are ok, but don't grab my attention like B.

I like option B as it helps me envision riding the boat between those mountains, which exactly how I picture Thailand to be. It makes it all seem more realistic to me.

I like B best due to the first person perspective of being in the boat. Then I like the boat shot in D, followed by A. C is too close to the boat for comfort

I think the first person view from the boat is the best because it gives you a sense of being there with your SO. after that I preferred the ones with the boat further from the beach, as I think it gave a more private feel - privacy is something most couples seek

These are some beautiful pictures but my top choice is well above the rest though they are all lovely. My top choice really shows the journey ahead which I think is important in a travel book. It shows both water and tropical settings and different than the others, it looks forward from a boat instead of a beach setting. It gives you the impression that you are looking ahead to a journey or adventure as opposed to just standing on a beach. It brings a sense of discovery and motion that is missing from the other options.

I like B best because it's the view from the boat and you see that you are going to go through a narrow waterway with mountains on both sides and it looks very romantic and interesting. Next I like C because you get a large view of the boat but also a side view of hills, so the landscape looks varied and interesting. Next I like D because it's a good view of the boat and the water, although there isn't as much going on in this photo. I like A the least because I think that the boat is at a weird angle and it just looks strange to me. I much prefer the other angle of the boat.

B has the prettiest ocean. C and D have bright flags on the boat. A is nice too, but it doesn't pop as much as the others.

I chose option B to start with as it gives me a point of view on the boat towards the mountains and it showcases there's other people there as well. I chose option A next because of the beautiful scenery behind the boat as well as a house in the left background. That gives me the opportunity to think there's additional things to do right there.I chose option C next because of the mountain in the background with the boat closer in view to me, it made everything pop and gives it a tropical feeling. I chose option D last because there's not much in the picture but the boat and water itself. The very background of the forest isn't appealing to me as much as the others.

I would buy option B because it looks the most magical and interesting. It makes me want to go there.

They are all good. I like B the best because it indicates that I am headed toward an adventure that could be for singles or couples because the rest of the boat is not shown so there could be two people or no people in the boat. It is pretty clear that there is no one in the other boats. The way the other boats are sitting, it indicates to me that this adventure may already be over.

B is the most interesting to me, as the cover photo gives a sense of adventure and fun activities. The landscape is also beautiful. The only thing I don't love about it is the author's name stands out a bit too much on the boat and looks distracting. A is second as it also has a beautiful cover photo that shows not only the water but the beautiful mountains and hills. I like it just a tad less than B because B is just a bit prettier. C is third and is also very nice. It is similar to A but doesn't show the surrounding mountains as much. I like D the least because you cannot see the surrounding land, just the water.

I picked B as that’s the one with the boat on the move. It makes me think of a couple making a journey. Seems more fun.

I rated C first because it has an image of the boat which takes up most of the cover. I like that, as it is the most interesting thing in all of the images and it is oriented in the best possible position. D came in second because it is similar, but the boat is further out. A came third because while the angle is not ideal, it is a nice look at the boat still. B came last because the image is so boring and generic.

The font of C is bright, bold, and engaging. D and A are less so. The image on B is not nearly as beautiful, blue, and bright.

I like option C the best, the one with the bow of the boat right up close to the camera and the green sash forefront in the photo. I'm a hobby photographer and have taken a lot of art classes, and this photo/book cover appeals to me because the photo is dramatic and the bright green line and the diagonal lines of the boat draw the eye right into the picture. I am also a woman who looks forward to retirement, and this photo as a bookcover about Thailand for Couples is compelling to me. I can see myself stepping right over the bow of that boat and setting off on my adventure.

I like the close up of the boat. The bright colors and the high contrasts as well draw my eyes in and want me to explore the image further. It makes me think about how I would want to take a vacation to this paradise location.

I voted C first because it had everything involved in the photo. Beach, ocean, mountains and boat. The choices after theat were progressively had less of that.

I ranked the designs of the book about Thailand that I liked the most. I really like the image of the boat in option C the most. I then liked option B followed by the book cover of option D. Option A is my least favorite out of the four.

I like the boat in this option and it arrangement on the island. Very appealing as a book cover.

The top three options were all close to me so I'll start out with why I ranked D a distant last. Option D while attractive, just didn't have as much going on as the other three options. It looked more just like an ordinary beach. I ranked Option C first as I thought it did the best job highlighting the personality of the local boat while still having a nice beach scene with the picturesque cliffs off to the side. I ranked B a close second as it also was very picturesque and I enjoyed the perspective of the boat on it. It made me feel like the book would take me on a journey through Thailand. Option A was also a very solid option as well, similar to Option C; however, Option C just stood out to me more and caught my attention right away.

OPTION C IS THE BEST BECAUSE IT'S MORE INVITING FOR COUPLES. THE WATER IS MORE SATURATED AND VIBRANT THAN OPTION D AND A.

I like option D, the option looks more appealing to me compared to all the other options
