They face in the other one I don't think meshes well with the rest. I think it stands out too much.
book on a
I think this cover looks more realistic, yet mysterious. Seems more intriguing overall.
The eyes in B just look silly.
I think the face detracts from the main image and is distracting.
The gun point is the most intriguing part of the cover. In cover B, the face distracted from this part of the cover. This part of the cover is more emphasized in cover A.
prefer the graphics of A
the face looks unnatural to the picture
The face takes away the powerfulness of the two people
I like this one better, without the face.
A looks less supernatural.
Unless it's a book about a ghost then A is better.
The woman's face in choice B does not fit and seems redundant based on the title of the book.
I like the simplicity of this one and feel like it sets a really dramatic tone for the book!
The eyes on b are weird.
The eyes on the covers are distracting
Very cool cover for both of them. Really peeks my intersest.
More interesting book cover design

looks much better.
I chose B because the eyes catches your attention. The color and seeing the eyes in through the forest is awesome! Option A is just an ordinary book cover.
The bright blue eyes and subtle smile are visually intriguing. I want to know more about the scene-- who is watching what's happening? Why does one man have a gun pointed at another man? Why are they in the woods? The eyes make it seem like someone knows something, and I am interested to learn about their importance.
I like cover B because the woman's eyes implies there might actually be a female character in the book. It's hard to tell what type of characters the other figures are and I'm sick of reading books that are primarily male characters.
This cover is more interesting
Face makes it look cheesy.
The face makes the cover look like less space was wasted.
Just looks like it could be a deadly love story and that is something that i love to read.
I chose B because of the eyes, they definitely got me more interested in the book.
I love the eyes and the understated way they are presented.
The image of the woman's face adds a whole new layer of interest and intrigue
The open space being filled with those eyes makes it very mysterious.
The eyes in B attract attention to the book.
I like B because the face in the background interests me. It draws my eye to the cover and makes we want to know more about the story.
This grabs my attention better with the face.
B draws me in more, makes me more curious.
I think the eyes on the over attract my attention more than no eyes on the cover.
I choose B because the picture is eye catching and clear.
I like the half-hidden face.
The artwork on this cover is intriguing and makes me more wonder what the book is about.
The background is a little more interesting with the eyes
choice B because there's an actual sketch which could give more of a clue to other characters in the series.
Because i like the face in the picture vs just blank
i like the eyes.
The face makes the background appear as a thought or story. It adds more appeal to the title.
I think the watermark with the woman's face is more appealing than the other option. It is just more visually interesting than just the white snowy background.
I chose B because it indicates a more complex story than choice A. It has an added element beyond the violence indicated in A.
Choice B seems to speak to me more. There's a lot more intrigue with the way the face is transposed onto the cover. I think that makes the difference in having it stand out in comparison to other books.
I chose B because I feel the cover captures my attention more than the other one.
This title flows better.
The face makes it more compelling to me.
