Which cover do you prefer for a book about leadership? Do you consider yourself to be a leader? Would you buy this book?
Option B won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 42 votes after 1 round of vote counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.

i feel like choice a is mysterious and adventurous . it makes you want to dig in deeper
i do consider myself a leader. i think a book cover of this sort should be simple and technical.
I'm not a leader. But I like the plain book cover the best. Leaves more to the imagination and seems more powerful without the ship on it.
I like the plain and basic cover better like in option A. I would consider myself to be a leader in certain situations where I feel comfortable.
I would choose A because the background doesn't show anything to do with the military. I am a teacher and I am always looking for books that will help me be a better teacher and leader. If I saw this book with a military image, I wouldn't buy. I could be wrong but I don't see how being a leader in the military could help me in my classroom. So C and B are last because of the relationship this book has with the military.

I like the background on option B - I think it catches your eye and makes you read to find out more. The other two are a little too plain in my opinion.
I chose option b first because it grabbed my attention. I do consider myself to be a leader. I always have been. Yes I would buy this book.
I voted in the order that the cover would actually catch and hold my attention.
Definitely like the "aircraft carrier on an ocean" cover the best!
B and C has more going on on the cover which I prefer. A is too plain.
A is my last choice because it looks overly plain and simple with nothing to grab my attention. B is my first choice because the aircraft carrier grabs my attention as well as the colors and ocean. C is a middle ground between B and A, though I do not like the faded ship look very much.
The ship looks like it's coming straight at you in option B, it's a powerful message. Option C, it's not as distinct. Option a, it is too boring. There is nothing but a white background.
The full color image of a carrier coming right at you screams 'powerful', so I think it's the best image for the cover.
I like how colorful this cover is and the graphics on it
I like the colored cover best. I am somewhat of a leader, and I might buy the book.
I like B because it has color with it and it gets my attention a bit more than the ones without color
I consider myself a leader, and I think the book with color and the carrier on it works best because it signifies strength and leadership.
based on which images draw the eye more
I definitely prefer more color, it is bolder and i think that says a lot more when it comes to leadership
I would be most likely to purchase and read option B because I think that it has the most interesting, eye-catching, and visually appealing book cover design/color scheme out of the three options.
I prefer the one with an image in the background but I do not like the faded picture.
I like B because it looks more adventurous. No I am not a leader, No i would not buy this book
I love the color in option B and think it is the most eye catching. I would consider buying this book. While I do consider myself a leader, I could always get better at it
The one with color stands out the most. I like a little something on the cover, the one that just has words and a white background is just boring.
Option B is the best as the colorful background makes the book much more noticeable. C is okay, as it has some illustration, but A is just really boring looking as there is nothing at all exciting on the cover.
I like the blue background with the image in front. I'm more of a follower than a leader, so I'm not sure I'd buy the book.
I would prefer this one because its cover is colorful and nice.
Option B popped out the most due to the photo used in the cover. Option C and A lacked color. Option C, did look more interesting with its cover or the plain look of option A.
I like the more colorful book cover. I really the ship on it.
I like option B the best because the picture of the ship stands out the most to me.
I definitely I try like this. I like the real picture. The colors look great and the ship looks awesome. I am a leader and I would consider buying it
I love how the image pulls me in and makes me want to find out more about the book in B.
I really like B as the best choice for the cover because I could see the ocean and boat theme right off the bat. The other two I had to look longer and closer at.
I would choose B because1> Title of the book itself so inspiring "Learn how to lead to win" and giving positive vibes2> Book cover with bright blue color background with relative image is so attractive and appealing3> 33 powerful stories would be so interesting to read and learn
I'm sometimes a leader in my position at work, so I would appreciate some advise on the topic. However, the kind of leadership I do mostly involves getting people to work together to accomplish a common goal, so 'winning' isn't really the objective as much as getting to the best possible outcome for the group. In terms of covers, I definitely prefer the striking image of the aircraft carrier and for it to be in color (B) instead of just in a sketchy outlined way (C). The plain white cover is too bland for my preferences (A).
The colorful images bring the book cover entirely to life in Option B, as it gives it a lot of character.
Of these presented images, my favorite here is option B. The color of the ocean and sky really stands out, and gives an idea of what the authors life entails being in the US Navy. I consider myself to be a leader in certain situations, as a lot of moments in my life regarding taking the lead and getting something done has come down to me. I'm relied on by a lot of family and friends, so this book seems very interesting and absolutely has my attention. I would definitely consider purchasing it, as leadership advice is something that could be extremely valuable in life.
The one is more attention grabbing. Plus it look more effective because of the image on the cover.
The graphic on Book C stands out the most. Yes I am a leader, I manage a team at work. I probably would not buy this book as it looks like it is geared towards men.
Cover art on B is awesome, A is classic, and B is ok.
I like the color. I think it draws the eye better than a white void. I consider myself a leader and would likely not buy the book.
I am a leader and I think the blue book has a strong background that makes me feel confident that I will get more leadership skills with. I would buy this book to improve my current leadership knowledge.
I prefer option B. I consider myself not to be a leader so I would not buy this book most likely.
i don't really consider myself to be a leader, B is pretty good looking and i like how the picture on it looks and it really makes it look interesting in my opinion, A is good too and i don't really mind the blank background as the text and font color does a pretty good job of making it stand out, C i don't really like the look of as the monochrome look doesn't really look that great paired with the font style and text color in my opinion
The colors in B stand out the most
I think this one is more inspiring with the photo.
Yeah, I think the color cover is going to be a lot more impactful. It also helps to reinforce... I mean, you're an admiral, right? not too many better ways to reinforce that, than a big image of an aircraft carrier. That being said, that marine harrier does look a little out of place. Not sure why a harrier would make a cat launch. Are they even equipped to make a cat launch? Anyway, that's not the point. The point is I'd go with the color image.

I like the cover in option C the best as the color and design attracts my attention. I would not consider myself to be a leader, but could be interested in buying this book to develop myself.
I chose C first because I think it perfectly splits the difference between B and A; B is a little too literal, I see that the author is a Retired US Navy Admiral so the cover art makes perfect sense, but I think the photograph of it is a little too literal, so I like C because you can see the warship, but just the outline. And I think A is too boring, simply.
Options C and A seem prestigious and like something you would see a leader have on their desk/in their office. Option B looks far to bright and colorful, i couldnt image a leader sitting somewhere reading something like that.
