Which cover do you prefer for a book about weight loss and motivation

Option A won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 27 votes after 2 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 | Round 2 |
---|---|---|
A | 42% 21 votes | 54% 27 votes +6 |
B | 32% 16 votes | 46% 23 votes +7 |
C | 26% 13 votes | Eliminated 13 votes reassigned |

The pink and blue are eye catching. you could use either depending on who you are targeting for the weigh loss
Cover choice A is eye-catching, and the text is separated from the image which makes it easier to read.
I like the title of 1 and 2 best, and 1 has the most attractive graphics.
better color combination
A has the most contrast and easier to read. C is more pleasing to the eye but not a whole lot of information. B I felt was the worst graphically, It feels flat and doesn't pop like A
I like the title of Option A and the color of the background. I like Option B over C because it has color and more interesting artwork.
my first choice, it stands out because it is more colorful than the others. Plus the text is easier to read
The colors of 1 catch my attention more. Especially the green on black text. It was the first image that made me notice the "fat busy family guy" messaging. That messaging spoke to me and that is why I chose 2 for my second choice ahead of #3.
I like the vibrancy of option A by far the best.
It stands out and tells you what the book does.
I think the pink and black one stands out the most. More eye catching. The graphics don't look poor.
I prefer Option A because the text has more contrast and is easier to read and an interesting title. Option B is like Option A but the text is a little harder to read. Option C is too plain and boring looking.
Fat bust family guy is funny and relatable. of the two fat busy family guy options, I picked the one that I did because the black background os easier to read that the other one
I picked A because the black background makes the font pop and it grabs your attention. The reason I picked C for last is because the cover does not give any information other than the title and the white background is bland.
I chose A first, because I like the version with the story, but find A easier to read and prefer its color scheme to the one in B. I chose B over C for second, because it gives the longer description like A.
The solid pink background really makes the advertisement jump, and the green man in the foreground suggests he is healthy.
I like the explanation of the title in my first choice
I am partial to the colors used on Option 1. For me they just stand out. Option 2 was similarly nice, but as eye catching as the first one. I found Option 3 to be a bit boring.
I think A because the colors are more bold and point out details on how much weight someone can lose. I think B is good too, but A has better colors. C doesn't share a lot of information which is why it wasn't my favorite
A-The color scheme was eye catching/C- The title was a better title (omitting "The Fat Guy")/B-no feedback
Option A is my #1 choice because the contrast between the pink and black really pops on the illustration and authors name. Option A also has a lot of information that makes me interested in the book and the authors personal weight loss journey. Option B also has the same valuable information, but the colors and font are too plain. The blue font especially against the white background looks weak. Option C is just too plain and boring all together, the title would not draw me in or let me think that it is different from any other self help weight loss book.

I like the light color combination
I like the deep and vibrant colors. More original looking and more attractive overall.
Choice B is the only one without unnecessary coloring but enough to attract the eye. Choice C is way too bland while Choice A has no eye appeal at all.
The colors of B look the best, A is too intensive, C has too much white
B looks the most professional and eye catching, followed by A. C looks cheap to me.
The colorful backgrounds are ideal and make sense given the topic of the book. I do not think white with green works particularly well. The text should be on the right side, ideally.
I like B most because it explains what the book is about and the colors are calmer -- something that makes it less seem like an "exciting new fad," and more of a stable way to lose weight. While I don't like the colors of A, I think the explanation on the side is really necessary, so that was my second choice. The third one doesn't have a description, so it made last place. However, this color scheme is my favorite.
They're all quite cheap looking and bad. However, in this order they describe the most
I prefer the graphics and text in this order. The color schemes too!
I think the first two are sex neutral and works better
The colors are more catching on the options B and A
I love the color schemes in this order. Blue is my favorite color so option B caught my attention right away. I like the layout of the design of the cover which also makes the book stand out.
The colors were the most pleasing on my first choice and the last choice I didn't not like the colors at all for the cover.
I like the tag line on the covers and thought B was the best looking cover.
I like B because it's the most aesthetically pleasing.
I chose in order of how much they stand out

I like C because it's simple and to the point. I also like the colors because they're subtle. I like the colors of B and the title is okay, but kind of odd so it's a distant 2nd. I'm not a fan of A at all and the colors are a little overwhelming.
I like the brighter colors on Option C. I would also be less likely to read a weight loss book with "Guy" in the title because I'm female and guys have an easier time losing weight so I would often think things would be more difficult for me than for the author.
I very much prefer the simplicity of C. I think the other covers look a bit cluttered. I think the explanation of the book could go on the back or inside the book which is why I think the color choices and simple title of C are the best. Between A and B, I prefer the color scheme of A more. I think C clashes a bit and looks awkward.
I chose option C first because it is simple, but has some color. I think this option focuses best on the “after” image as opposed to the other two covers.
I went with what coversI liked best
I don't want to be seen reading a book with the word FAT on it.
I don't think it's necessary to focus on "fat guy" everyone can lose weight. If you do go in that direction the blue background makes a lot more sense than the black and pink.
I chose "C" as the first option because it appeals to those who would not be offended by the word "fat" as well as it indicates weight loss with minimal effort. The colors are appealing. Option "B" the colors seem to be more aimed towards men and the message may appeal to some. The last option, the color pink should be changed to blue/white.
I don't think calling an overweight person "fat" is ever a good strategy. So even though I'm not crazy about the way Choice C looks, it doesn't have the word "Fat" in it so that becomes #1 for me.
the most incentive to weigh loss the better but no one likes to read they're fat or lazy or need to lose weight. If you talk sensitive, people may like to read and apply to program! "the fat busy family guy"looks too aggressive !!
The first one just seems to not be so cruel. I like the coloring of the other 2 better, but they seem so harsh.
I think minimalism is the best option.
Choice C is clear and to the point. Choice A is very bright and eye catching but there are too many words on the cover. Choice B is similar to A but the colors aren't as bright.
