I like how serious this one looks.
2
I voted it for the same reasons as my opposition of choice B, it has plain bad design and I much prefer A anyways due to it's vertical reading design.
3
This cover had a fantastic design.
4
Other one just doesn't look good at all to me.
5
Classic look and I dislike the look of B
6
because it looks much clearer and more professional
7
I prefer the dark simplistic design of Choice A.
8
Once again, Option B is trying too hard for a trendy look.
9
what is with the dude bros
10
I dont like the characters
11
I dont like the 2 guys in the cover of option b
12
I still prefer the one with no people on it.
13
Looks better and more professional
14
A is bolder.
15
Again, B appears to be aimed at exclusively millennial men. A is more inclusive, although I prefer the way the title is displayed in option B.
16
If I had to choose, I'd choose A. There's elegance compared to the still cheesy quality of the cartoon figures. A feels adult, B feels childish.
17
A much more professional looking cover.
18
I like the simplicity of the cover more than the 2 people on the cover
19
Looks much more professional than option B.
20
Choice A again because it looks more mature. The cartoonish cover makes me think more of a child/young teen crowd.
21
This has a much more professional look to it.

1
The option looks more simple
2
It looks very modern.
3
I much prefer the contrasting colors of A, it shows great emphasis on the topic and makes sense to me.
4
I like how sleek the cover looks.
5
More of a classic look
6
Sleeker design.
7
Choice A looks great visually. I like the dark background, as it makes the book cover look more premium and luxurious. Option C is too boring and looks like a generic "self-help" book.
8
I think the all black cover sticks out and the larger M is directly related to the book.
9
It seems more serious about it.
10
Though c sticks out with the colors and attracts my eyes quite a bit, the A choice shows a more mature content. It would probably catch older teens and adults eyes.
11
This looks more powerful and informative,
12
Option A and C seem more textbook like, but Option A provides a clean and professional look to it. Option C's visual seems more like a math textbooks cover, where you just slap some abstract art on it.
13
As a Millennial, I really like option A in this case. It definitely fits a Millennial design, with very minimal color, and large text in the center to grab attention.

This is much more attractive I think.
2
I do like this one a lot because it shows people bonding.
3
It looks like a book that would help
4
I like the picture.
5
This cover is more creative
6
More fun and imaginative
7
This option looks more fun, while the other is boring
8
I think it looks more appealing
9
The graphic design on option B looks nice and provides a positive look of the millennial age.
10
More stylish cover
11
It's more eyecatching and "funner" than A.
12
The guys look representative of the real world
13
Option B has much more going on and conveys a message with its cover
14
I think A looks slicker, but it's a little too plain and I'm not sure I'd pay attention to it, so I chose B.
15
It makes me feel cared about.
16
I still like Option B the best out of all 3 choices due to the picture drawn on it. As a visual person, it helps for me to see how the book can help me as opposed to just seeing a bunch of text.
17
Give it a little more personality.
18
This one is much more approachable and friendly looking.
19
I think this option most directly relates to the book because of what the characters are wearing.
20
B's image gives you a better impression of what kind of book you are getting.
21
The photo grabs the attention and is assuring, as well. Millenials need those sorts of things.
22
the black for the other picture looks a little dark
23
I definitely chose option B because it is more aesthetically pleasing, as well as it shows a social aspect. Mentoring involves being social, and spending time one on one with youth. I feel as is Option B is one of the perfect ways of expressing a social characteristic.
24
The cover is whimsical without being so silly that it hampers your message. Mentoring may be serious business, but it should be fun and enjoyable too, and this cover reflects that.
25
I prefer the two guys because it's more positive. I don't like the dark cover of the other one; it looks ominous.
26
i'm really not a big fan of the two guy drawings, but against the cold look of the black cover, I would prefer that just to have that social connection element underscored on the book cover.
27
The picture on Choice B is far more eye catching than the blacked out cover.
28
This was a hard decision as I really like both. Option A is clean and professional and Option B is descriptive and fun. Option B seems to edge out because of the descriptive nature of the cover image.
29
Between these two, I believe the better option is B, in this case. I say that because the illustration on the front would be most likely to make a Millennial pick up the book to see what it's about. After all, we're all about being entertained and visually pleased, and I think this cover does both. Additionally, the characters on the front are very representative of many Millennials, thus they might be more inclined to believe the book can represent them.

12
Option A is nice and sleek, but I like how colorful option C is. The fingerprint has a cool look to it,
13
I definitely think C is much more eye catching. It's colorful and gives you enough to hook you in and make you interested, I feel like you can't see much from A.
14
The thumbprint implies personalization
15

16

28
A isn't very appealing, kind of boring actually.
29
The colors are more eye-catching.
30
i like the design of the picture
31
I chose option C because it has a more creative design, although option A seems sleeker and more modern.
32
Option A is too dark and would get lost too easily among other books. Option C is much more intriguing.
33
the finger print cover I find to be more engageing
34
It looks nicer than A, it's a clean, simple, and attractive design. Design A would look better if below the "M Mentoring" it had "it the millennial era," and didn't repeat the mentoring word.
35
I prefer the brighter, happier, colorful fingerprint design. It makes me feel cheerful and attracts my eyes.
36
I like the splash of color. Since mentoring is a soft skill, the black is too harsh in my opinion. You want to maintain a friendly, open appearance, which is better achieved in the white background and color image.
37
The colorful thumbprint in Choice C is more attractive than the black cover.

7
I like the dude with the beard. It seems real
8

9
I love the way Option B looks. It shows companionship and illustrates how having the right support can help you grow as a professional. It's also very easy to relate to as a millennial.
10
I like the look of this one more.
11
I don't think a thumbprint has anything to do with millennials but the the outfits the characters in B are wearing do.
12
I think the photo is more appealing to millenials.
13
looks like unity picture
14
I enjoy Option B over Option C because it symbolizes a social aspect of mentoring.
15
Option B better shows the relationship between a mentor and mentee. Option C is a bit too abstract (I suspect your intent is to say that mentors leave an impression on their mentees?).
16
The picture in Choice B is more interesting and eye catching in my opinion.
17
At first glance, option B provides a more visual description that the book will be about mentoring or friendship. The visual image on option C makes the book seem more like a boring textbook.

Votes for Option C
(vs B) "The two guys on the cover of the other just look unprofessional and make the book seem less authoritative."

25-34 Female

Votes for Option C
(vs B) "I chose option C, because I feel that it is a more professional looking cover for a book on this topic. I like option B as well, but I don't think it is geared towards the right audience in this case. Chances are, an older, "non-Millennial" will be mentoring, thus the less illustrative cover is ideal here. Plus, from an artistic standpoint, the cover is much more symmetrical, clean and visually appealing."
Votes for Option A
(vs C) "As a Millennial, I really like option A in this case. It definitely fits a Millennial design, with very minimal color, and large text in the center to grab attention."
Votes for Option B
(vs A) "Between these two, I believe the better option is B, in this case. I say that because the illustration on the front would be most likely to make a Millennial pick up the book to see what it's about. After all, we're all about being entertained and visually pleased, and I think this cover does both. Additionally, the characters on the front are very representative of many Millennials, thus they might be more inclined to believe the book can represent them."
