Which ebook cover do you prefer ?

8 Responses to Option A
The font size for the cover of "A" is more visually appealing to me.
Fonts emphasis the title first, author second, and book series third. In my searching for an ebook, I would search in that specific order.
I think the font is better on a
On this one, I honestly have no preference. One does not grab my attention over the other.
I think the font in A is easier to read.
I prefer the words not have the green bubbly color in the font.
I HAD A GOOD IMPRESSIVE ON POST THAN OTHERS
I think A because if you are looking for the author's books, along with titles, both being the same size grabs your attention, rather than just the title being bigger on B.

font is more immersive
I like the title being larger font than the author's name. It makes it look more impressive and like it's an interesting read, dark and mysterious.
different style
B is my choice. We old people always want to be able to figure out where the title is and this one is big enough not to miss it.
i find it more appealing to have the author name not take up half the book cover and having reflux in larger letters puts more focus on the book title
Title of the book is more important than the author.
Young and his staff members kept the meeting firmly focused on budget issues, despite attempts by several members of the audience to question him about the decision of the government to prorogue Parliament. Questions on the topic were quickly cut off, with questioners told to make an appointment to talk to Young about the issue at another time
This is just better formatted to me
Choice B has elements which elevate the poster
The bigger title is better, I don't care about seeing a large version of the authors name
I think the title always deserves to be larger with top billing.
The text in A looked kind of blah and boring. The way that B had larger text and some shading in the title, and a more interesting font made it more attractive.
I chose B, it is much more mysterious looking and the lettering looks much more attractive to the eye, in a book store or shopping online for a book B would catch my eye.
I like the big lettering.
Just easy to read, size of font is good.
I like the letter style a lot more in this one than the other. It really stands out more.
I think the wording in A is way too big.
I like the name of the book in bigger font than the author. Besides the content line at the bottom has fairly big font.
The title should always be bigger then the author's name.
I like the title being larger than the author's name
this is much more attractive and eye catchy
I like the book title to be more prominent.
I like the design of the cover in choice B better because it uses different font types and it gives a little graphic design to the title of the book.
I like that the title is larger in B instead of the authors name and I also like the font of the words on the bottom better in B than I do in A
Choice B uses the title with some texture detail to emphasis the book. It also follows a more usual standard of using the authors name in a single line compared to the unusual setting of Choice A where it has the first and last name on separate lines.
The title should be bigger so I can see it better.
I love the fancier text the other is too plain this curved text makes the bookcover pop. I also like that the title is in a huge font it really takes up the extra black space at the top. It looks really professional
I prefer the larger title presentation. It makes me want to pick up the book more than knowing who author is.
As a general rule, I prefer a book title to be the largest print element on a front book cover. The author's name should be easily read, but not the dominant element.
The shading on the title looks a little more polished and the title is more prominent. The fonts used on A looks more like it was pulled out of a word processor where the text on B looks more like a book cover / movie poster and has more of a polished and professional look to it.
I prefer to see the name of the book in a larger font. It helps it be more noticeable.
The font for B looks more professional and stands out
The other one just looks weird. Needs to be the full name on the first line.
I think the title should be larger than author
I prefer the type front on option B. Also I like that the book title is larger than the author name on this option.
It looks more attractive with the title in larger print.
it just looked better balance
I like the font and the texture used makes it seem more like a thriller.
I prefer the book title to be larger than the authors name. I also really like the font and colour of the title in option B, the little bit of texture makes it stand out to me. Attractive cover!
I always prefer the book title to be big. It is usually the title that grabs me in. I also prefer how the "AN ANDY TEAGUE THRILLER" is a bit bigger at the bottom. I enjoy reading books that have sequels to them, and that will generally catch my attention faster. I'm not usually as concerned about the author. Unless it's an author I already know and read often, I am more interested in the title, and this one shows it much better.
The large REFLUX stands out when you look at the cover.
The cover stands out more than A.
