While browsing children's chapter books, you see two covers. Which cover is more likely to result in your purchase?

i think this one is the best by far
This image would entice me more to purchase the book.
I think this cover brings the true definition of special home. The other option makes you think that someone finds the gift of a cat special.
I selected option A because the image does a better job at conveying what the book is about.
I find option A more visually appealing because there is more to see, feel like it connects me to the story more and makes me want to know what is going on in the book.
I think that this cover art is much more unique and attention grabbing and it would make me want to buy it more.
This looks more triumphant, the other option looks sad.
I feel there is more of a connection in the artwork
I love this because it's very inclusive. The other cover doesn't really tell me anything about the potential subject matter of the book.
The image in the option A was good in color and texture. I like to view this image it was appealing really very good. The children will also loves the books which is covered by this image
Based on the 2 images. I went with A. I really like A. So if I was going to buy a book. I would go buy A. I really like the cover.
Looks a lot more academic. I like the classroom environment as well
I would buy option A because the image of the cat in the wheelchair combined with "Special" just tugs at my heart strings.
Option A shows more of what the book would be about.
I think this gives me an idea that it will be an uplifting story.
I chose A because I think it would be very appealing to children with special needs.
Option A seems more fun and inspiring. I think it also is really effective at showing how people with disabilities are capable of doing pretty much everything.
I feel like cover a provides more visual information about the story than cover b. B feels finished.
I like A more because it has a cute cat character on the cover and i think kids would definitely find this more interesting than the other cover.
The drawing on B is clever, but A is more transparent and it's more clear what the book will be about. (I don't see the connection between someone's eye and a wheelchair, beyond the clever design.)
I prefer this because I want my child to be able to see characters in a wheel chair and to find out that everyone is so special.
This one gives me a better idea of what the book's about just by looking at the cover
I liked that this option featured a more fulsome image.
It shows what its about or what it's possibly about.
Option A is my preferred pick because it is more friendlier and uplifting for a child to read. Option B looks to sad and depressing if the aim is for a smaller child or one with disability. A child with disabilities may see the cover of option B and become more upset at a sad animal and I think that could be something even more harder to explain to them about while dealing with the subject matter. I think option A can show a more supportive uplifting mood when teaching and learning about this matter for smaller and sicker ones.
B is too vague for me. A tells me what I'm picking up way more than an outline of a cat's head... The wheelchair eye is too subtle for a quick look.
I like the one with the wheelchair being shown with the character
I like option A. I think that the cover is more specific to children's understanding of the given topic and would be my initial purchase. As well as it is very colorful and vibrant.
The design of this product looks well designed and more stylish then the other cover. Very colorful and nice as well. Product B looks very boring in comparison.
I think the more cartoon looking cover would make my child want to read it.
I think B is kind of hard to understand what the context of "Special" is, whereas A clearly highlights a classroom and learning.
I would choose 'A' as the illustration shows a special needs kitten/student. As a parent to two special needs children, they need to see themselves in books and other content. You can never go wrong with showing inclusions and parents and children love it!
Option B doesn't look like a child's cover. It looks more like adult youth. Option A is fun and children will be interested in it.
I like how this gives off more sense of being in a classroom
i like the cat in the wheel chair better. i feel like it is cuter and more eye catching and it would make me want to pick up the book to see what it was about more than the other option.
This cover gives me a peak as to what the book is about.

The art on the cover of B is more serious and less cartoonish, and that would grab my attention immediately, as well as just really liking this style of cover art.
B has a more well designed, pleasing cover to it that draws my interest to it more.
I like B because I feel like A is saying that the cat in the wheelchair has issues.
This cover would show the challenges of dealing with health problems and no matter what you can do what you set your mind to.
I really like the innovative design of the cat where the eye is a character on a wheelchair.
B really caught my attention more than A and it is much more creative. The colors are bolder and the design is very interesting. A would make a great back or inside cover.
Love the more realistic, but artsy style of drawing.
I chose option B because the artwork looks more professional and less cartoonish than the one in option A. I like that better.
I liked choice B with its simplicity and up close image of the cat. Choice A looks too unrealistic and not as eye catching to look at.
This looks more serious and thought provoking.
B is really unique! I like the wheelchair eye. It also makes it seem like the book will appeal to a broader audience, whereas A would seem to be intended for children in a specific situation.
I like B more because it is abstract and different. The uniqueness of it would definitely draw my attention more.
i wouldnt force a book about special needs on my child like that.
I prefer Option B because I feel like Option A looks geared toward a younger audience than chapter books are typically suitable for.
