Because I see at the bottom where it says retired US Navy Admiral I come from a family in the military and I am into military movies as well and my dad's in the Navy, my brothers in the military, so yes I would buy that book and I really like the picture of the front of the cover too that's pretty awesome.

I probably would not buy the book because it states there are stories related to the topic rather than advice on how to lead. I prefer NOT to read other people's stories and prefer a tutorial or guide. The words above the title make me feel like I'll be spending too much time reading examples of other people's experiences.
