Which book title is more appealing?
15 Responses to Option A
Option A sounds less self-helpy and more trustworthy
It is more like clickbait
Choice A is better than Choice B.
Answer a few questions about yourself.
Option B is too long and would not easy to read at first glance.
I think it seems more sincere.
It indicates the author or source of the info. is a therapist which seems more qualified than the other title.
Option A looks more professional. Option B seems kind of scammy.
It's more to the point
I really like the idea of a health change. Conversely, I hate the "me, myself, and I" notion going through this country. Option A hands down!
A appeals to my game playing self and the idea of gamifying one's goals.
Uplevel is a better more interesting and creative title. its a shorter subtext as well which is less to take in.
Book title A is more appealing, because I like that the title features tips from a real therapist. I am more inclined to buy a book if it had professional advice.
I like the diction a lot
Like the lasting healthy change in the title

This one seems to make more sense to me.
B sounds more motivational
This one is more explanitory
I like the "my turn" in the title.
Choice B sounds more positive for a self-help book.
This is more of a call to action, and the book would tell you how.
This sounds like it will be less boring.
I like the idea of taking back my life, myself.
this sounds motivating and appealing to me so I would buy this one if I saw it. although the other mentions therapist I know both are self help books and would try this
I LIKE THIS ONE AS IT SOUNDS LIKE ITS POSSIBLE TO DO THE WORK YOURSELF TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.
I like the sound of this one better than the other one.
This title is more appealing to me because I usually put others first and this book would focus just on me.
Option B makes more sense. I'm not a fan of the word Uplevel.
I chose B because the title appealed to me more than A did.
I really don't like the term "uplevel," it sounds really sketchy and connected to MLMs.
this sounds like it will break everything down to where i can understand it plain terms
I LIKED THE SELF CARE PART. Using a Therapist sounds like a scam job or someone trying to make money off someone else's experiences. In option B I also liked taking back my life and taking care of myself those are very important things to me.
I like the idea of "taking back your life"
The way its written its interesting
Much more dynamic. Easier to identify what the book is about at a glance. 'A' sounds boring.
It just sounds like a more exciting book.
Gives more of a personal charge and captures my attention better.
I like the emphasis on YOU and the power of this.
I like that this title emphasizes taking care of yourself and strategies to do so.
It just sounds better in general. You want the title to draw you in and say "hey I WANT TO read this book!"
This one seems maybe a little more applicable and accessible
I like B better because the title of the book makes you feel like you are in control and have the power to take care of you. I think it would be more motivating to read.
I like the sound of choice B better than choice A. Makes me feel more important.
I think it's more engaging then the other one.
It sound more genuine and is more relatable
I like the phrase "Self-Care Strategies."
I like the my turn and the thought of taking back control
I feel like when I am looking for something of this nature to read I would want something that speaks out to me and that is exactly what this title does.
sounds very motivation
