Which book title would you rather read and why?
Option D won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 54 votes after 4 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.
Option | Round 1 | Round 2 | Round 3 | Round 4 |
---|---|---|---|---|
D | 29% 29 votes | 31% 31 votes +2 | 34% 34 votes +3 | 54% 54 votes +20 |

I Like the way the title reads easy
These are each pretty wordy.. i selected the top options that were the most directive, using the words will versus could. They seemed more definitive and persuasive.
I think choice A is the best as it really focuses on understanding the gospel correctly and accurately both before and after the colon. None of the other choices have the same effect having either only one or none of the aforementioned characteristics.
Getting the gospel right is the most clear and effective title for me and I would definetly would go wtih this choice.
The titles are mostly favorable and those that are shorter tend to hold my attention slightly easier due to the less wordy nature. Overall, I find them easy to understand and parse at a glance.
I don’t like the titles that say it can change your life. That is always a false claim.
I like option a the most because I feel it has the most gripping and accurate explanation. Then option C is still good, but it doesn't seem that it makes the reader understand as well as option A does. Option D still has the beginning of the title saying "The Gospel:' which I prefer, but it is starting to sound like clickbait at that point. Then E is the second worst because "game changer" is overly dramatic. Finally, option B sounds like an autobiography and not a motivational book like the rest of the titles. So A, C, D, E, B.
Looks very on point as far as getting a specific message across.
I feel this is a more catchier title. It allures the reader and makes them want to read more about the book.
20 Responses to Option B
This title embodies the greatest reading of what will be a fabulous book.
I like that B sounds the most reliable. I always trust secondhand stories and don't believe something can be true until I see it happen to someone else. I also like that E, D, and C talk about transformative changes for my life; A is the most vague to me.
I prefer Option B because I am always interested in how someone else's life was changed and how I can apply that to my own life. Option E I like because it has a positive and definitive sound to it. Option C and D talking about it "could" change my life makes it sound like there is some doubt so maybe I wouldn't read it. Option A sounds a bit too much to be like going to school so that would not catch my attention very much.
My choices are ranked best to worst based on title.
I like the title because at first hand I can use this to change my life. These type of books I want to know if they can be used to self improve.
I chose A last because its boring. I chose B first because Game Changer is a nice attention grabber and this flowed the best. I chose E second because of Game Changer. I chose D 3rd because it peaked my interest in a non-confrontational way. I chose C and A last because the word "getting" is kind of aggressive and preachy to me
I ranked the book titles for the spiritual book that I liked the most. I really like the title of option B because it resonates to me the most. I then liked the title of option E, then option D, followed by option C, and then finally option A.
The title was descriptive, and doesn't refer to me -- the others make it seem like they are trying to force my hand on something. (Make up my mind for me)
Option B sounds more exciting
I chose them in the order that they sounded natural to me
I put Option C and Option D last because the title should really grab you and I don't feel that using the word 'could' really conveys that. I put Option B and Option E first because I like the use of the term 'Game Changer' in the beginning.
B sounds like a testimony of someone's actual life and that would be the proof. We all want to get the right understanding of the Gospel since there are a lot of different views and that is where C comes in. A gives an accurate understanding in it all. E gives new perspective and understanding on the Gospel. D gives an understanding that could change your life.
I like the title of Game Changer better, it sounds like it will make a personal difference in my life. B is my choice because I want to hear someone's personal story of how it changed their life. That story would make an impact on me and give me motivation and inspiration D and E are next because of the Game Changer title. C and A does not grab my attention because seeing the main topic of "Gospel" does not interest me initially.
I chose Option B as my top choice because it is personalized in the fact it gives first hand account of how the Gospel changed someone's life. I think it would resonate with the reader more than the other options.
I chose B because it was from someone else's eyes.
I would rather read B because it's a life testimony.
I chose B because of the use of "my" in the title. It was more personal.
I chose my rankings based on how unique and interest-grabbing the title was.
I like either of the ones that start "game changer" the best. They sound really positive and I just like the way that the title reads.
The Game Changer title grabbed my attention.
23 Responses to Option C
The title was the most innovative and I would want to click on this one the most. The other choices ranged from decent to bad in my opinion. D was pretty good, but C was definitely the one I liked the most.
I liked a few of these quite a bit as they were catchier and easier to understand
I like C because I like how it starts out saying getting the gospel right and also that it says it could change your life. I think the rest are interesting also but they don't really say it quite as well as C.
I picked C, A and D as my top choices as the word "gospel" on the front title tells me a lot on what the book can teach me about understanding God.
I'd rather read C given that it sounds like a life changing book. The word "could change" means that if I follow the writings of the book, then there is a chance that my life could change
My preference for C is base on the content of the book title, the title sound mature and will call more attentions to the book, also D is a mature content of title with a very good idea and i belief it will direct more attention, also E sound mature and is a good idea of book title, while A is a nice concept of title with good words that look appealing, also B has a very good idea of title but not really my choice.
When it comes to religion more explanation is better, nothing is simple.
Options C and D feel more like a spiritual self-help book. The others feel pretentious and off-putting by saying "game changer".
I would buy choice C because the message is very spiritual and also has current and relevant applications.
My preferred options, in order, emphasize the positive life-changing aspects of this Gospel understanding so that it directly conveys the personal life changing benefits that I can derive.
I like the idea of "getting it right", because I am quite discouraged that many churches make no attempt to intelligently analyze scripture.
they are all very similar, but "getting the gospel right" sounds less click-baity compared to "game changer"
I choose these options in this order according to which title seemed more believable didnt make definitive claims (lets you make up your mind onnyour own if the information would change your life) so avoids disappointment. I also chose them based on which title was the catchiest, flowed together well, and sparked my interest.
It is best to start out with something that could and then go to something like an understanding that changed and then go to could change , Because the last two some people will most likely take the wrong way.
I do not like option E and B because Gospel is already mentioned in the title, there doesn't need to be two of the same words.
"Getting the gospel right" is intriguing. There must be thousands of different interpretations, I'd like to see how their's is different. "change your life" promises good things. And E, for the same reason. "change MY life" in B doesn't make any promises to change mine. And A is just too vague, an accurate understanding is always good.
I like the idea that there is something that COULD change my life. I do not like a guarantee, cus then it seems like a scam.
I chose option 'C' because I like that the fact we must get the gospel right and by doing so, this could change your life. I am a VERY spiritual person, so I love reading anything about the scripture and or gospel. Choice 'C' is perfect!!!!!!!!
made my choices based on which book title stood out to me the most, kept me interested and would make me more likely to read it from most likely to least likely.
C and D are the best because they really drive home how this book will change your life after you read it. The rest of the titles are not as convincing as C and D.
I prefer option C because it is the most compelling and motivates me to want to read it.
I firmly believe that if the book is about the Gospel, they need to make it seem apparent right away and not put the words Gospel way later in the totle
I feel like this one is most interesting to me because it clearly shows me that it is about how you interpret or understand what you are reading that is important

The title in Option D, is very clear and on the point. It makes someone understand what they are looking forward or what they should expect in the book.
Someone wanting to understand the Gospel would probably want a simple beginning. No complications or hard to understand ideas. Simple and straight to the point title. No idea that it must be understood a certain way. Option D is straightforward. The other options tend to be flippant or possibly suggest they have the correct/only answer for your needs.
I'm not sure what Gospel is being referred to - but if it's the Biblical Gospel - then I would think that it can certainly change your life, so I would pick those two titles as number one and two. I'm unfamiliar with how to make it more "accurate" of an understanding, thus those two were my last choices.
I chose the book titles that inspired me the most to read it and that piqued my curiosity.
I would love to read the book title option D, the book title of option D is well titled and well described. The description of the book title of option D is easier to understand.
I feel more favorable towards the Option D book title. It's more concise and explanatory. It's easy to understand as well. I find it appealing and it gives me so much interest in buying the book.
I prefer Option D and A because they are simple and straightforward.
The title seems to be speaking to me.
I like the possibility presented in the title.
I like the idea of changing my life so this stands out to me.
Option D is by far the strongest title. The Gospel is such a powerful word, you do not need other words in the starting sentence or title. Its like saying THE BIBLE. No need to add other words
I like seeing The Gospel first. Very eye catching. Then the description after that is also blunt and concise and to the point.
I prefer a title that does makes as few assumptions about the potential reader as possible
I believe option D was the most concise. A short, yet effective title is eye catching.
I chose D because I like the title and the description. I like how it states that it can change your life. I chose A as my second choice because I like how it states how understanding is everything. I chose C as my third choice because of how it states that it could change your life. I chose E as my fourth choice because I just don't prefer the title with the game changer. I chose B as my final choice because I would rather see how it would change my life rather than the authors.
I love this title. I want to understand things that could change my life. I want a better understanding. This is a great title.
option D is the easiest to understand
I think that only D is a compelling book title.
I think option D is the catchiest title.
I first excluded B from further consideration. The title uses a phrase "my life" which sounds like reading my own autobiography, but it is not. I do not like the title in A either. "An accurate understanding" is not everything in my personal judgment. A good understanding is absolutely important, but there are many other things which are equally important. The title is too assertive. In the remaining options, I like the one in D the most. It is simple and short, and the title uses a phrase "your life" which appears to be communicating with the readers directly. C is also a good title, but it is not as concise as the one in D. The title in E uses a phrase "game changer". I am not sure whether the topic covered in the book is so powerful to be a key factor.
I like D first because it first states its part of The Gospel. Then C still states part of the gospel. Although I don't like when things start off as "Game Changer," I didn't feel A flowed right when I was trying to read the title out loud, so E & B before A.
They're all good, but Option D is my favorite because it seems the most straightforward and sounds like the most "useful" tagline for this kind of topic.
some of these titles grab my attention but the first two really makes me want to read them. I always want to learn more about life in general and how knowing more can make it even better and the first cover makes me feel that way
I picked the ones that mentioned the term "Gospel" earliest in the sentence. this grabbed my attention more.
I like having the Gospel up front.
If it is the Gospel or Bible study, then I would like it stated right away.
I like option D the best mainly because the title is blunt and to the point so that you know what are you going to get out of reading the book.
D is the best because it is direct, to the point and the most professional.
This title is concise and to-the-point. It is easy to understand in the first two words, "The Gospel," and the tagline lets me know what to expect from the book.

I voted based on how appealing the book description was to me and if I would want to read it or not based on it.
E is nice, short and simple. Do not want half the book on the front cover.
I prefer the titles that are shorter and simple to understand, options E and A serve that purpose and makes me want to read the book
I like all of these but chose panel E. I think this is more than a sentence but an eye opener as well.
I think Option E is the best combination. First, the title Game Changer sticks out. And the verbiage that has the word "WILL" is very key. It is authoritative, which is good for a book title.
I choose Option E and C I read. This books are very interesting to read.
Being a Christian, option E would definitely get me to want to pick up the book and read a little of it before I bought it. There are millions of stories about something that have changed peoples lives. And someone telling me about getting something right is a little disingenuous. Like I haven't gotten it right until I read this book. So E does it for me.
I chose in the order of my preference.
I chose Option E as my first choice because in today's society, we all need a little assistance with how our life is going. We all are looking for improvement and the title of Game Changer: A Gospel Understanding That Will Change Your Life is more definitive than the others that stated "Could Change Your Life" and seems more of a surety of "here are the steps you need" for a self-help type of book through biblical purpose. Option B seems to be more on the lines of a testimonial of how one person changed their life through biblical teachings.
Game Changer is attention grabbing and makes me want to read the book right away.
Option E will have the reader believing that by reading this book, there will be some tips that they could follow that would actually improve or change their life for the better. The title is better in that respect than the other titles.
I love the phrase "Game Changer" so I chose those two first. The others were ranked in order of how natural they sounded in comparison with one another. The last choice didn't sound like it flowed at all with the way it was phrased, so I chose it to be my least favorite.
Better to be assertive and say WILL change your life instead of MAY change your life
I like that the title was that it WOULD change my life, not that it COULD as in C and A.
i like choices E and B because i like that it says "it will change your life" in the title and it makes me think that it is a good self help kind of book. the others with the words "that could change your life" sounds like a good thing too but when it says it will as apposed to it can, it makes me think that the titles with the words WILL would work better and be a better read. i do not like choice A at all because i dont like that it just says "an understanding of everything" cause i think that it too vague of a thing to say and you wont know what the book is actually about.
I made my choices based on which results seemed to be very open and not trying to force something on me or make me feel that this is the only right way to do soemthing.
I most prefer the option that offers the reader a promise of something ('game changed: a gospel understanding that will change your life') - it feels invitational and sparks curiousity to know more. My next preference is the option that offers the reader a chance at something ('getting the gospel right: an understanding that could change your life') - a little more conservative in language, no promises, but still an invitation that draws the reader in. "The gospel: an understanding that could change your life" is a little more vague, but not bad. I'm not really drawn to the language spotlighting the writer ('game changer: a gospel understanding that changed my life') - it seems too self-focused for me, so the title is maybe a little counterproductive to the content. I don't like the generic language of 'getting the gospel right: an accurate understanding is everything'. It feels too 'teacher-y' and pedantic.
Game Changer is short and gets the point across. It makes it clear that the book is useful even if you’re already familiar with the Gospel.
I really like E the most. Then B was similar. D and C were after that and A was last.
