i think this book seems much more interesting
This title seems way more intriguing than the other. It makes me wonder what other religion they'd rather be a part of.
I like this one because it makes a play on a saying that I think is corny and dumb so that makes me more interested in the book right away.
I think option A makes me more interested in the book and catches my attention quicker
I feel that Option B is a bit too abrasive and might turn some people off right away. Option A is a bit more nuanced and inclusive.
I like the phrase in A better. It flows better.
I like A's spin on that phrase and as well as me simply liking how it is worded over B's book title.
I like A because it’s not trying to make the joke and I can read it knowing this is a real book with real information. I have a feeling B would be too cheeky to me and not focusing on the information.
B seems to blame others too much.
These both are very catchy and interesting. Would like either one. But I think that A is just witty and funny. Made me smile, which is hard to do with just a title.
I think that's great and it's definitely attention grabbing even if it's a little bit insulting to some get your attention
Both Options were appealing. I liked that B seemed more simple and direct, but Option A seemed more interesting to me. I thought the description was more broad and appealed to religion and God generally.
I like A, as the title shows the book is about exploring and reflecting on not just one religion, but potentially other religions as well. This is intriguing to me, as it comes from a former minister.
its probably the way i would see the situation as well and it speaks to me a little more - and its a little humorous too.
Too many colons in B, it doesn't make sense
I like option A book better. The title is interesting and makes sense. Option B book title puts me off and makes don't read the book. Option A appeals to more much more interesting read to share with family and friends.
I like the twist on the classic saying.

I like the title of this one the best. It sounds creative.
I thought B was intriguing and I'd likely click on this in a listing to read further about it.
Option B, sounded more interesting to me. It also felt a little less long sounding
As an atheist, I am glad to see this title. I prefer Option B because it has less mentions of the g-word.
I like the title of this book because it is a funny play on a common phrase and makes me think that the book will be more fun to read.
I like the book title in option B better. The first words "Goodbye God" captures my attention and conveys the main message/idea of the book well.
The title seems more straightforward and makes me want to read more.
I think the title is more relatable at a glance and gets me interested.
Choice B is my pick and interest me more because the title makes it seem like he has left religion entirely and I would be interested in hearing why from someone who was a former minister. Choice A's title in contrast just makes it seem like he could have switched religious beliefs which is less interesting to me.
I really like the title, Goodbye God. It is clear and draws my interest right away
get another god doesnt really tell me what the book is about but goodby god its you really gets me thinking about the subject
Option B is more concise and attention grabbing; thus, I prefer it more.
It seems like a good tell all about a former minister
Option A comes across as a little too selfish, or not treating "God" (despite one who might be attracted by the book perhaps not caring) with the proper respect; as there are probably many Christians that might see this book (or anyone for any religion) and look at B and feel like it's a more respectful way of saying "I'm leaving" than the "just get another God!" type of feeling that option A presents.
The title sounds better, and I identify with it more.
I like the play at words for the main title, as that’s usually what people say when they break up in a romantic relationship.
This story sounds more personal and compelling. The other choice sounds more abstract and more of a self help book.
B sounds like a better title. It's less forced.
Both are funny takes on common say gins but A implies the person has changed religion and it's unclear if that's really what happened. B implies the person is done with religion. B is succinct. A would be better if it was something like When God Closes One Door, Leave By The Other Door.
Both titles are provocative, but I would be more interested in the wholesale rejection of religion than in someone trading one set of beliefs for another.
B's title makes much more sense and is more fitting with the subtitle. A tries to do a little too much with its title.
I feel like B is a bit more personable and relatable. It strikes harder and grabs your attention. I would choose B over the two.
I like option B more because the title seems more powerful and draws my attention in more.
I would buy option B because it has the words "Goodbye God" in it.
This title is straightforward and clear, which is nice. The other option is wordy and a bit confusing. Sounds like an interesting book for sure!
This is a more straight to the point title. It's important because when quickly browsing through books, I want to have an idea of what the book is about from a quick glance at a title.
B because I do Feel like getting another god is the answer.
It is intriguing and builds interest. The jargon is specific and makes one curious.
I like the title of Option B slightly more. Both titles are excellent. I just think that the title for option A is somewhat more wordy and complicated to say out loud. There's an elegance to the simplicity of the statement for option B. I also like the humor of option B more than Option A, and so Option B got me to think more about what it means. Between the two options with respect to which I would more likely buy, Option B is the book I would more likely buy. I would be curious what it is about God that transformed the minister into a former minister, certainly enough to inspire a book bidding farewell to God with the word Goodbye. Option A's title removes an element of agency by transferring the power to open a door from one God to another, Option B on the other hand demonstrates agency of the author by the statement goodbye. So for a variety of reasons I like Option B more than I like Option A because Option B is more active with respect to the voice of the author while Option A is more passive. Consequently, I would buy Option B more than Option A for the reasons provided.
I feel it is a very casual title that invites you in a friendly manner to read the book.
this looks interesting
Feels like a less cliched title, a bit more interesting. Also, it has a bit more about the book.
this one sounds like an immediate hot take with the first 2 words. it immediately catches one's attention
