I prefer Option A. I always feel that the shorter the title, the better, especially when it uses some key words. In this case, "Rethinking" takes the place of "Changing Our Thinking" and I feel all you need is "Safe" in place of "Best Defense." I think people respond more positively to "Safe" over "Defense" so overall, Option A is the best in my mind.

As a title, Option A is the better choice for me. It is fairly short and concise, which is what a title should be. It has just enough information to know what you are getting into.
