option A sounds more intriguing and interesting and is well written

The longer reviews are most helpful to grasp the idea of the book.

I like A because I think the description sounds the best. I like how it explains it. I think C is good too but I don't really care for B because it doesn't really grab my attention like A or C.

While a bit more lengthy, I think A is the best out of these reviews/descriptions. I think it's written better than the other options and I think it's more intriguing and attention grabbing. It's the description that makes the book sound the most interesting.

Option A is by far my favorite of these since it starts by giving you the intriguing high concept right away and ends strong with a positive review from what sounds to be a credible source. Option C is OK, but seems to me to be a bit weaker since I don't like the claim that you're going to 'step into' the art that starts the paragraph, and this ends with an unsigned review, which I don't care for. Starting with a rather generic review by an anonymous person is not at all appealing to me so Option B is by far my least favorite of these options.

They all sounds great. But I like the ones with the most writing. That would let me judge how the book might be.

"A" gripped me the most and would make me want to buy this book.

I like that Option A tells us what the book is about immediately and focuses on the book being an adventure story.

By the time I had read option A the other options basically sucked. Option A is a fun new twist on Van Gogh!

These are all well written. So I just rated them better based on length of the summary.

B starts off very weird and I like A because it shows me the characters name and sets the scene very well

I think option A does the best promoting the book.

I liked the depth of the synopsis of A. What I like the most is that the book tells how a failure and how it ends up being a good learning experience. My second favorite was C when explained how the story was based on certain painting and how that is different from most story illustrations. By default, B was my least favorite.

I think B is the best because it doesnt imply that it is just for kids. A is the next one because it is a little bit more in detail about what the book is about.

This one is short and sweet and sounds the most interesting. The others are WAY too long. I don't have a ton of time to read this stuff, so I would be attracted to the shorter one and the one that gets to the point.

I thought option B was more concise of a description. Option C, was a bit wordy but a little better than option A. Option A, felt very wordy even for a review.

B gets me curious and enchanted with the idea. C does, too, but it is too wordy. A was hard to slog through.

The blurb is informative and convincing. The description will lead to the book order.

i really dislike long book descriptions. if you cannot do it in a couple of lines then i am usually not interested

B is less dense to read. A has a nice way of phrasing

I like the description in Option B the best because it gave a great summary of the premise of the book, but did not give too many details, like Option A's description. Option C did not describe the plot of the book enough to get my interest. The description in Option B is very appealing and would make me want to buy the book to read further.

Ok..seriously, my eyes hurt just from looking at those. If you gotta put something that text intense out there, go for the shortest

Short and simple is more often times the best when it comes to reading summaries or what something is about

The description in option B seems to be somewhat shorter and interesting to read than other two options. Option C is interesting than option A.

Option B was my first choice because I found that description to be concise and also informative about the book in a way that made the book appealing. Option C was my second choice because that description also painted a vivid picture of the book that appealed to me but the writing in the passage was not as concise. Option A was my last choice because that description felt too matter-of-fact in a way that sounded boring and droll.

Choice B has the engaging quote at the very beginning, which draws you into reading the rest. Choice C has a more simplified version of an engaging intro.

I would rather buy book option C sounds good then other options

Option B is my favorite, as it is the shortest and I also feel that it is most gripping to put the review first, rather than after the book description.

I like choice B because it sums up what it is about nicely. I also like Choice A that is descriptive in what they are doing as far as the art is concerned, which is important for inspiration. I like choice C also, but not as descriptive as the first two.

i like booth "B" and "C." "B" hooked me in with the opening sentence. "C" is almost as good because it stresses art. "A" comes in a distant third; i just didnt care for the wording.

B describes the book and the story without dragging on. C is possibly more engaging at the beginning, but the long quote at the end robs it of a lot of its impact. A is far too long and it seems to be trying too hard to use quotes to sell itself, which also makes the description a little confusing & incoherent.

This sounds the most intriguing because of the way it's worded. it begs you to explore more without overstating it and given away too much info. It makes me want to engage in this book.

I like option C because it sounds the most vivid and provides the best description. Option B and A are okay but don't feel quite as memorable to me.

i ranked the description by reading through the sentences and choosing by how well the words fits for the book and cover.

C is by far the most captivating, as it most relate-able for me. I think it is the best description and easiest to follow.

The use of "blurbs" is kind of dated, I think. Option C resorts to that the least, and just gives the basic outline and features.

I choose C first because the first sentence is compelling and draws me into wanting to continue to read what book is all about. The first sentence is full of imagery and is very powerful because one knows how great an artist Van Gogh is. B is next because it does some measure of the use of words to pull you in but it is not very powerful and A is last because it is just the standard way of writing and nothing compelling to make you want to read it .

B's description felt overly academic and serious. I loved the way that C threw the reader into the story of Vincent and Theo immediately so I could immediately get into their heads without all the stiffness that I thought accompanied the openings in A and B.

C- the name Vincent Van Gogh is in the first sentence which grabbed my attention and made me want to keep reading. His paintings are fascinating, A- I like how this one focuses on sharing the beauty of art, which we all should appreciate more, B- this one is a little less exciting and not really attention grabbing

This one has the most compelling synopsis and I would be intrigued by it.

Putting the review first may not mean that folks stick around to read the synopsis. As such, I strongly recommend Option C, which let's the consumer (Mom or Dad) know that the book is about a great artist but is still accessible for their child. I would seriously keep reading Option C's description and probably buy the book.

the review is a lot more compelling

I'm immediately drawn in by C because I know of Vincent van Gogh. The others don't seem to mention that clearly or up front.

This review grabs my interest the most. It paints the book as being unique way to tell a story for kids while familiar themselves with Vincent van Gogh famous art. Option B review is good too and grabs my interests. Option A is okay but doesn't make me curious about the book as the other reviews.

I think that C sounds the most interesting and that the wording makes it sound like an exciting book. A and B both sound a bit too bland and they don't really capture your imagination and interest the same way.

I chose option C because it talks about the book the most instead of focusing on reviews. The actual topic engages me more than talking about reviews.

I like C the most because it seems more heartfelt and focuses more on the family dynamic of the story.

I picked Choice C because the description of the book was spot on and it was just the right length to get readers intrigued by the book but not to the point where anything is spoiled. Choice A was a bit too wordy and I think consumer would stop mid-way because of the fluff put into this description. Choice B was a bit confusing because there was a review in the beginning followed by a summary. The flow of the description was a bit confusing and could have reader not wanting to read the book.

I think C flows much better than the others with A not far behind. I found B to be a bit random and unnatural sounding and it made it unappealing. C and A actually had me interested

Options C and A are strong descriptions and really show you a great story with a beautifully crafted summaries. Option B is good, but lacks a bit of flair like options C and A.
