Which title do you prefer for a book about nutrition and adopting healthy eating habits?
Option G won this Ranked poll with a final tally of 52 votes after 7 rounds of votes counting.
In a Ranked poll, respondents rank every option in order of preference. For example, when you test 6 options, each respondent orders their choices from first to sixth place.
PickFu requires a majority to win a Ranked poll. A majority winner differs from a plurality winner. A majority winner earns over 50% of the votes, whereas a plurality winner earns the most votes, regardless of winning percentage.
If an option does not earn a majority of votes, PickFu eliminates the option with the lowest number of votes. The votes from the eliminated option are reassigned based on each respondent’s next choice. This process continues in rounds until a majority winner emerges.
Scores reflect the percentage of total votes an option receives during the vote counting and indicate the relative preference of the respondents. If there is no majority winner, look to the scores to see how the options fared relative to one another.

Option A. 3 weeks. It seems like a small amount of time and easy task to fix my eating habits
I liked choice A since the text is direct and to the point about what is being offered. Choice F isn't as clear in what is being offered and not as appealing.
I think you have to put a time frame on fad diet books to have good sales.
I like the ones with the short time goal. It makes the reader feel like there will be a quick improvement, it's a lot more 'doable' and in reach than the others.
I want instant results and these seem like quicker programs best in this order.
Option A has the title that feels the most informative, presented in a way that is the most appealing. It gives the reader a timeframe to work through. It gives the reader the goals this book hopes to help them achieve. Option H also has a timeframe but I think 3 weeks sounds better than 21 days. It is the same amount of time but 21 days sounds longer. Option B sounds like a textbook title and might be a good fit for those who want to be guided like in they are in class. Option G and C have similar titles with the emphasis on sticking to the plan which I like but the title is too long. Option E and F are my least favorite titles because their titles are not as memorable.
The fact that this has three weeks outlined really gives you a scope on how long this will take. Due to that understanding, this is my top pick
Option a qyantifies 3 weeks to healthy eating. It seems like a realistic time period without promising instantaneous results.
I prefer the options that tell me how long the process will take. It makes it seem more achievable.
All 8 titles are too long & wordy, but of the 8 option A was the best, choice A's 1st sentence is direct & to the point. My suggestion would be to make the title 1 sentence then add a sub title below the title.
I feel like the text that shows a specific time frame that we can look forward to complete these health goals are the next options.
I like option A the best. I really like the tag line. i think it really conveys the right sentiment.
I liked the way Option A presented it as 3 weeks because it seems like an attainable goal for most people. F and D use the word Master which is frowned on these days.
I like the quantified approach in option a and H, its a time frame thats achievable and known form the start. Option b, d and c provide a concise statement, option e, g and f are good but more general
I like A and H best because they indicate a time frame for the eating habits. I also like “creating, starting, etc” my final choices are because I prefer the other wording to the wording on these using “mastering”.
All of these are very good. I like the ones with the "Three Weeks or 21 days." Overall, I chose option A. I like "Three Weeks to Healthy Eating Habits."
I like my first choice the best. I like the use of the "3 week" guideline. It makes it feel achievable and like a time frame that would work for me. It sounds the best overall to me.
I would like to hear about the 21 day challenge in the description . It makes it seem like I can transform my eating habits in a small amount of time.
Options A and H have the best title as it gives a timeline of learning habits.
I prefer Option A title, with Option H following, because it`s very persuasive and motivating giving a precise time frame and stimulating efforts. Other options follow in the mentioned order.

I ranked my choices based on how much each title resonated with me
While not over the top, option B seems to be the most realistic. The information conveyed is easy to understand, and simple enough that I would believe the information provided would be trustworthy.
I chose by options that sound most approachable and low key and are not too intimidating.
B because it is straightforward and to the point. It tells you directly what the book is about.
I like how B is very simplistic in the description, if I knew how to eat healthy I wouldn't read the book so making it simple 101 is good. I like then how the others highlight starting healthy eating habits, mastering seems a bit too far down the road. I don't like A and H having timelines in them, I don't think that is helpful.
A 101-type book seems less daunting. "Mastering" and "Transform in 21 days" seem like over-promotion.
I like option b because it says 101 which is like a beginners guide
I have a hard time getting started with diets or life changes, so I picked the titles that I knew I would read and follow more closely
Option B is the most appealing title because it makes a difficult process feel achievable. Options H and A are also good because they indicate a clear timeline. The titles of the other choices feel too generic and vague.
i like the title of choice b. it makes the topic on hand seem easy and obtainable. it is basic and exactly what i would need to be successful.
I liked B because it says that you can master your habits 101, which makes it seem very easy.
I feel B would be very simple and easy to understand. The title tells me it is for beginners.
10 Responses to Option C
I choose option C because I prefer the title that is straight into the point and gives all the information right away
I prefer option C because this title is the most effective and memorable, relatable and it resonates well - we all love a "how to" and it is great that C and also G leads with those words because they are catchy.
I like the message that indicates "creating" a new healthy habit it makes me think that it will last a long time and there are new ways to do it.
C & G make it seem easy to begin. A makes it seem like it can be done in a reasonable time. E, B, and H have the typical jargon from other health books. D and F use mastering which does not sound like average people.
I prefer the books that talk about making a plan and how to stick with it, rather than mastering your diet.
This title is the most enticing. I definitely want to know how to create healthily eating habits
I don't like when they put a time restriction like 21 days or 3 weeks on it because then I feel rushed or like a failure if I don't meet the goals within that timeline. I'd rather have a gentle reminder or tips on creating healthy habits
I chose C first because it feels like an offer of help. I like the titles that are very self help like, including G, E, B, D and F. A and H sound like fad diets that will never work.
I just went with what flowed the best with the secondary title, to me simpler is better, no need to talk about the 21 days in the title since they will know it once they start to read.
Chose A as it the least demanding. Suggests to tell you how to improve your eating habits, etc. B gives you a time line, while 3 weeks doesn't seem too long a period to improve your habits.
8 Responses to Option D
Using the "mastering" verb makes me feel that I can get a handle on good habits, and become an expert on them, without having any reservations about success.
there is so much about "Mastering Healthy Eating Habits. Feel better, look better, achieve your ideal weight, and transform your health" that makes it sound and feel better, i believe most people know how to eat healthy but mastering it has become a huge problem, this is why the title feels unique
D and F are my favorite as they start off with the word "master" in some form. It sounds powerful and action oriented. H and A are good as they have a time frame attached. After that, C and E, and G are pretty equivalent with focus on healthy eating habits. But I don't like the "101" college course style designation of B at all.
I like Option D because I want to master healthy habits. This feels like I will learn a lot.
I don't care for titles that show a number of days. It doesn't always work and it seems kind of like an unprofessional title. Any of my top 6 choices sound professional and interesting, though.
Putting a time limit on it is unappealing because no one likes to be constrained. D is the best because to master means you have control, so you'd want to get help to have control over a situation.
When I think about these book titles I want to feel empowered to actually take control of my eating habits and get healthier and in that case I feel like the title of d is the best where it's allowing me to master these practices and really take control of them
D stands out to me the most over them all because it has all the reason that I need to get on the right track to a healthy me
15 Responses to Option E
I picked options E and C because the first lines focus on creating healthy eating habits.
Options E and A, in that order, are my favorites for such a book because these two are the most engaging and compelling when compared to the other choices.
I like the sound of E the best. It gives the person reading the title an idea of what to expect if they can follow along properly.
These are mostly suitable phrases with terminology that makes sense in general. I'm pleased that these are generally understandable at a glance and appropriate for adopting healthy eating habits.
I would rank E nd G the same since I like how they included sticking to it as part of the title since that's the hardest part when it comes to healthy eating and I'm glad they acknowledge it. I would rank C and b the same since it feels though they would offer guided steps on how to eat healthy and maintain it over time. I would rank F and D the same since this one seems more goal focused and would work well for people that need to feel they they conquered something to be successful. I would rant H and A last since I don't like having time limits when it comes to weight lost and healthy eating since if I don't get the results like the book said I should during that time frame it would make me feel like a failure.
Honestly these titles are a little too long. I think it would work best if the title was shorter and to the point without being too over the top.
I don't like the descriptions with a span of time mentioned as it reminds me of a fad diet.
Option E gives me hope and helps me see how I can expect to create something where nothing was there. It allows me to approach the idea knowing that I may not need to understand anything about eating healthy but this will be helpful in starting down that road.
I chose E as my choice because I like the wording used. I like how it states to create healthy eating habits and how it phrases to stick to them.
I like option E & H. The title starts with the readers action.
Option "E": I prefer a title that addresses the core tenets of a system that is manageable, easily understandable and provides long term changes to accepted unhealthy eating habits; this title fits this in a better way after reviewing all shown.
Sticking to things is a great concept. That is an important marketing campaign.
E, F and D get closest to what I actually want to do. C and G's "How To" beginnings sound too simplistic.
I can really relate to option E because its difficult to me to stick to it. So the title gives that little push needed
I chose E because I like the "stick to it" because most people don't stick to a diet. This might motivate people to buy the book.
13 Responses to Option F
Most of these are rather dull. I feel F and D have the best language -- mastering a subject is a universal sentiment that will relate.
I think option F is short and to the point, it would give me the most motivation to make this important change.
I think "Mastering" best ties in to the theme of taking control of your life and achieving a healthier lifestyle.
I chose F because I like the word Master and if you master something you win. B was next because any book with a 101 at the end is usually on point for that subject and a great place for a beginner to start. A was next as the 3 weeks sold me on it! G because Im always trying to eat healthy but can never stick to it. H again 21 days sold me. C, D and E were just bleh too long etc.
Fun options, but F is the one that resonates with me the most as it speaks to me and my personal goals. I would definitely reach for this one first!
Master and Mastering are powerful words that command action. In my opinion those 2 choices are excellent and provide direction and self motivation.
i think F and G are the most simple and straightforward expressions. I actively dislike anything with "21 days to" or "3 weeks to" because Im adhd and i will NEVER fit that course into my life within that time frame and will wind up making me feel bad.
I like the more shorter and easier to understand options.
Choice F is the one I like the most. Using the word, "create" makes me feel like I want and can do a better job with my health. A is second because of stating the three weeks to manage your health. B is third because of the wording, "101". This feels like your getting the list of what is needed. C and G are next because of you feel you can create and start eating correctly. E and D would be next because of creating and mastering a plan to get better health. H has to be last because of tranformation in 23 days. This is not as encouraging as F. Overall F is the best pick!
I like how it is concise and it sounds the best to me out of the available options.
'Master' gives a positive attitude toward healthy eating. It encourages to overcome and be an expert in nutrition.
The key words that make me want to thumb through this book is 'master,' 'how to.' The words 'create,' makes me think I am making some form of art work. And the worst words are '3 weeks,' because i know that anything that promises a short time delivery is not realistic. As eating correctly is over a lifetime.
Having mastery over my cravings and eating habits is exactly what I have been trying to do - so option F really resonates with me. However, all of these book titles are very long, and I may not stop to read them as they aren't super catchy.

I like the wording in option G for this makes me think that it is going to teach me how to make better choices when it comes to food.
I think the mentioning of sticking to the habits is important. I think that is usually the biggest struggle in dieting and set those titles apart.
G is the title that resonates most with me and has a nice simple and clear proposition
I prefer Option G because it seems to communicate that transitioning to eating healthy is a process. I have found this to certainly be the case and as a result this seems like the most credible title. My subsequent selections were made using this same logic.
G I like this one slightly better.
Most weight loss products try to sell you with fast results. For example as you used transform your body in 21 days or 3 wks to healthy eating habits for some people weight loss comes easy. But there are far more people that struggle with weight loss daily, I myself am one of them. I desperately want and need to lose weight but I just can't seem to do it. I'm not well versed in nutrition, don't like to cook and often give up quickly. So for a consumer like myself the titles that really stood out to me where option g, b, d and c because the titles captured my attention with phrases like how to start eating healthy, healthy eating habits 101, mastering healthy eating habits, and how to create healthy eating habits. This right there is what most people need to help them succeed on their weight loss journey. So for me personally if I was lookong to purchase a book I would definitely buy one if not all four books with the titles mentioned above.
The first four that I picked: G, B, C, and E stand out to me as not being pushy about being diet culture and more about making healthy habits and sticking to them. Which is what I would want out of this more than anything else.
Choice G makes the whole situation seem more realistic and doable.
I really liked option G because it makes you feel like you can be a beginning and still stick to a healthy nutritional plan. "How to start" was the phrase that stuck out to me the most.
I like the focus on changes that can be permanent.
I think the small steps in G C and E are helpful, especially with using the words create and simple easy steps. I do not like putting a specific date or time on these types of things because it does not fit all people some may take longer as in B and F. I think make it easy and simple with small gains in the best way.
All of these titles are way too long. However, I prefer the ones that give me a specific timeframe and purpose in the first few words of the title.
10 Responses to Option H
I like the idea of putting a specific timeframe in the title. This gives me a frame of reference when looking at the book. I immediately know how much time I would need to dedicate in order to start seeing results.
I like this one it lets me know that I would be able to learn a lot in the days that are given. It tells me how I will learn how to take control of my health.
H & A are the best options because they put a timetable on the transformation, and they sound very unique as opposed to all the rest which sound very generic.
I like H the best because it talks about transformation first off. All the rest are good, too, except the "Mastery" ones. We're never going to eat perfectly or master the process.
I chose option H first because I like the fact that there's a time frame for the content of the product, the time frame in itself is a motivator and with that, I'll be looking forward to achieving the set goal within 21 days. I'll stick with option H.
I chose Options H and A first because it provided a timeline - 3 weeks - in which it gave me an insight as to how long it would really take me to I could really start seeing results, and that speaks to me. From there, D and F talked about "mastering" a skill, which is something that everyone looks to do. B was interesting because it talked about a "101" course, which took me back to the basics of school.
I LIKE THAT OPTION H GIVES A TIMEFRAME. 21 DAYS SOUNDS LIKE IT COULD WORK AND DOESN'T FEEL SO LONG
My first choice is option H because of all the words to start with, "transform" is the best one and also I like having the timeframe (21-days) in the title. For me this title is perfect because it has everything I want to know about the book in a reasonable way and very clear. My second choice is option B because I like the 101 part, it tells me it is the beginning and it tells me it is for someone that knows nothing, just like me.My third choice is option E because of the "stick to them" which is one of the most difficult thing to do with habit. My fourth choice is option G because of the "stick to it". I don't like the whole wording together, like it is too simplistic but the how and stick to it part I really like it.My fifth choice is option A because it does have the timeframe, but I don't like it at the beginning of the title, and that's why I ranked it low.My sixth choice is option C because it is simple, go to the point but is missing some key word that can grab my attention about the book.My last two choices are options F and D because I don't like the "master", "mastering" wording here. To master anything in life takes time and nobody is going to master healthy eating habits in 21 days. I can start, learn and achieve great progress, but I will not master it, that will require years of working on it every day.
I like the 21 days and 3 weeks in the titles which pulls you in. However, any diet needs to be forever so that should be included.
The first three choices are the best because they lead off with what the plan is meant to do. It tells you "transform your health" or "master your eating habits" etc.
