I had conducted multiple 1:1 polls trying to decide on a book cover. The results themselves weren’t revelatory, but they did reenforce several “gut” opinions. So it was worthwhile. However, after watching your video…
    1. I wonder if I would have received a more meaningful result (and save money) if I did had opted for a round-robin or “option ranked” poll with 4-5 alternatives?
2.What is the most popular type of poll used by your clients when trying to fine tune an Amazon product page sales blurb? (and, if you have examples of a sales blurb for a book?)

    Thank you.

Hi Melvin, thanks for your Third Thursday feedback! To answer your questions:
      1. If you have more than two options (four book covers or three titles), a Ranked poll or Head-to-head poll is the best format to test them. It yields detailed responses and gives the PickFu Panel a full picture of all available variances.
      2. There are quite a few ways that our customers use PickFu to optimize their Amazon listings. One way is to include a link to your page so our Panel can review the whole listing and give detailed feedback on how clear your book description is, etc. Another way is to upload separate images of your Amazon book descriptions and ask which one is most interesting. Check out our Help Center for examples and suggestions for running a poll (scroll to the bottom for author specific articles). You can also see our public polls about books in our gallery. And don’t hesitate to email us at [email protected] with any questions!
