    • the first one is shorter and easier to parse through
    • D and B look identical to me. I cannot tell the difference between those two options.
    • I loving read these type of books
  • Which App design do you like the best for our new Romantic Stories Book App?

This is a 4 option poll with 50 respondents targeting Gender (Female). A sample of responses:

    • I don't like the girly pink versions. It is too much of a stereotype.
    • I like choices A and D best because of the layout of the graphic. The pink background shows it is more of a romance feel which is good, since it is a romance novel app! The layouts are pleasing to the eye and easy to make out. You can see exactly what you are getting and how it works.
    • I like the layout in this order. The colors are appealing also.
    • D has the cutest layout by far. I love the peach colored background and I feel like it might give me the best idea of what the service is about. A was my 2nd choice because I felt it was a little small and cramped but the pink highlights made it stand out. 3rd, I chose B over C because C felt very generic and very cramped and I didn't think it represented the product well.
    • I chose 'A' because i liked how the name of the App stood out. It also gave ideas for book recommendations. I chose 'B' next because it gave a clear cut description of what the app offered. I chose 'D' next because although it gave some important info in order to let me know what the app was about.
  • Which photo would you chose for the main image on an Amazon listing ?

This is a 3 option poll with 50 respondents targeting Gender (Female). A sample of responses:

    • C HAS A BETTER PRESENTATION
    • I like that this photo shows all the items and how it comes in the package.
    • I prefer B you can easily see all of the products without them being to far away like in image C.
    • C looks more in scale and more complete than B does. There is more on the page with B.
    • I think it's a better way of expressing what's in the box.
  • Which logo is more appealing for a kids education brand?

This is a 2 option poll with 50 respondents targeting Gender (Female). A sample of responses:

    • I like that it feels more self contained
    • Looks more uplifting
    • It is a little more approachable than the other logo. The brain isn't too desirable in this picture. Choice A has a black background which catches your eye and it stands out.
    • I like this one it is appropriate and catches the eye.
    • I like A because it is more gender neutral. I think the other one looks girly.
  • Which image is more eye catching?

This is a 3 option poll with 50 respondents targeting Gender (Female). A sample of responses:

    • I notice the shirt that is worn by a model. It looks good and there is appropriate contrast with the background. Next, the shirt on the background with the planks of white washed wood and accessories and tied at the corner catches my eye because of the details. The white shirt on the white background is not as eye catching and looks least likely to be purchased and worn.
    • I like C because it shows the whole image of the shirt and I like how it shows the tie in the corner. B is my second favorite because I like that it shows the shirt being worn. I don't like A at all because it cuts the shirt off so you can't see the whole thing.
    • Option B is the best because you get a better feel of how the shirt will look on an actual person. C makes it feel more like a summer shirt because of the items in the picture (i.e. its laying next to the sandals so it kind of made me feel like its a good shirt to wear to the beach). Even though the designs are basically the same, A is my last choice because its just plain.
    • B gives a clear idea of how the shirt will look when you're wearing it. C is cute and jumps out because the t-shirt color is brighter than the background. A looks washed out because of the background
    • I'm a minimalist. I prefer a clean white basic look to the advertisement. I don't like the bottom of the shirt tied, nor do I want to see a fit model sporting it.
  • Based on the cover, which book would you buy?

This is a 2 option poll with 50 respondents targeting Gender (Female). A sample of responses:

    • I liked the logo on the top of the cover instead of the bottom. I think that makes it look more interesting.
    • i like that the bird isn't in the dead center taking the attention. it's there, it has a good amount of attention, but the words are what would draw me in in the first place, and i like that they take center stage.
    • The alternative to the book cover I chose is too much like a text book. If this is a self-help book, this needs to be more attractive, which is the reason I chose what I did.
    • I chose book cover A. I think that when first glancing at both books, this is the one that caught my eye. I like that it is symmetrical and it looks very professional.
    • I like that the image is centered and up top
  • Which colour climbing rope would you buy? And why? 1. Red#1 2. Red#2 3. Green 4. Purple#1 5. Orange 6. Blue#1 7. Black 8. Purple#2 9. Blue#2

This is a 1 option poll with 50 respondents targeting Gender (Male). A sample of responses:

    • I would pick option 7, the black colored climbing rope. I picked this option because I prefer darker colors that have no patterns to them. All of the other options come in bright colors or have patterns on them, which I do not really like.
    • I think the green or the bright orange because it's easier to see when you are climbing so you don't hurt yourself when climbing.
    • Red and Blue Striped because it would be the easiest to see.
    • number 5 orange. My main focus for climbing rope would be my safety so i would mainly chose a color which would stand out and be noticeable among rocks or plants. being completely pragmatic something like hot pink would be the best option but this shade of orange is "loud" enough to make me feel safe if i were to become stranded or injured and had to exclusively rely on someone noticing my rope to find and rescue me. I would like this even better if it were even brighter and more neon orange.
    • I'd buy 8 because I love purple and that pattern would help it stand out more.
  • Which image is the most appealing?

This is a 4 option poll with 50 respondents targeting Gender (Female). A sample of responses:

    • I love the brick wall background captures the eye better. The bigger smile is second most appealing
    • A and B are definitely the best because they don't look as posed as the other options. You look much more genuine and fun in the first two options.
    • I love the expression on his face in photo D. The wrinkled forehead, the look of surprise, or perhaps disbelief, something unexpected. it makes him seem a little vulnerable, but still very handsome and masculine at the same time. The lighting in this photo also gives the impression of somewhat of a tan. Then, we get into photo B, which is equally wonderful. The smile is absolutely fabulous. I cannot imagine telling him no about anything!
    • I like the look and background because it complements.
    • Option B is the best as it looks lie the subject has a natural smile.
  • Which book would you buy?

This is a 3 option poll with 50 respondents targeting Gender (Female). A sample of responses:

    • i would buy this book
    • I picked option A because I think it is short and to the point. The other title is too wordy and confusing.
    • It sounds like a more interesting and informative book than the other book description
    • Definitely Option B. The descriptions are more positive and encouraging. Option A's descriptions sounds unnatural and people don't want to think about how to die. People are interested in the theme of love and healing.
    • The "justice" term has been co-opted by the far left to mean oppression, bullying and open bigotry against everyone who isn't as extreme as SJWs. "Healing justice" reminds me of the abusive "healing sessions" where liberals put the official target in a circle and shame them. It would be wrong to buy anything associated with that cause. "How to be love" is more positive. How to die smiling suggests living your life without regret. That is something I might buy.
